Communication was horrible & confusing. Best Buy store employees have zero guidance therefore no accountability. Never a manager in sight & store is a mess. Trying to reach someone on the phone is a joke. Very disappointed in my experience. I will say that the final installer was very good & knowledgeable. Of course he was not Best Buy employee!

While I was in the kitchen the range randomly brought up a C-F2 code ( I was not using it). Then I smelled electrical burn. When I took off the back panel I noticed that the control board chip was burnt. When I called Samsung they told me sorry its out of warranty and the part would be $150 to replace with no guarantee that it wont happen again. I have only had it 1.5 years. Others online have mentioned this same issue with this range in about the same time frame and got the same results. DO NOT BUY THIS OR ANY PRODUCTS FROM SAMSUNG ANYMORE.
