So far it’s the best gas range I’ve owned. The quality and is excellent. All features are useful and easy to use. It has everything I need and nothing I don’t. Best Buy’s installation team was friendly and efficient. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Excellent range to match our new fridge! Love that the app lets you know if it’s one in case there is small children around. You can also start preheating right from your phone! Super cool feature!

Very happy with this oven - the gas range performs well, and the oven is exceptional. Unfortunately, the cast iron griddle got stained on the first use and we haven’t been able to get the stain out. That’s my only complaint.

Why after only 20 months did my range go fizzle. For a hot minute it was the best range I have ever had, until yesterday. Now it has become unreliable. It showed promise but now it like all the rest. C-F2 is the reason. Its going to cost to repair or replace.. Not what I wanted.

Wasn't sure what to expect but definitely worth the purchase. Easy install. Love the smart availability. Always cared for gas range but nervous with little ones. With the smart notifications enabled, i get messages anytime the stove top is on.

Do not buy this model! After 3 years barely using oven, broil element started leaking gas. It took two weeks and multiple visits of PSEG techs to find from where it was coming from. The valve on broil element failed and was slowly leaking gas into our home, poisoning my family and putting in danger the whole building. The repair cost estimate was from $500, just part alone - $280+. I called Samsung customer support, their sales rep called me back before even repair place did. The sales rep started upselling me to buy more expensive models, also offered to give $50 off of the same model. Then I did research and found out that Samsung has multiple class action lawsuits on gas range models ranging from $600 to $2400 - what a cheap garbage parts they use to rip off their customers! With the way sales rep was trying to upsell and how quickly he responded it made me feel like I was part of a wide spread scam. They didn't offer any other help. I bought many different Samsung Electronics over the years, this appliance (gas range) was my 1st time for this kind - never again I will ever buy anything of this brand.
