After 16 months (and barely using the oven), i receiced this error which was doagnosed as a board issue. The repair costs as much as a new range.

Do not purchase. This did not last. Its been ayear and 2 months. Our stove got cf2 error . Customer support stated that its a communication error between circuts which sucks since its a smart oven . A repair person would need to come and repair it costing about 200$ . I did research and many people stated that this happened to them around the year mark too. Im not confident in samsungs appliances .

This Stove is everything i really love Samsung products. So far so good no problems with the Stove. I had a professional plumber install a gas-line bestbuy was alittle expensive for me

There is no good review. The oven glass shattered after a year of having it. I am busy trying to get compensation or a refund. This is so disappointing. I am glad no one got hurt when this happened.

The panel does not work anymore and i cant not use the oven part

Not A Good Product. it Broke down after a year and Now I’m having a Hard Time to Get someone to fix it and I didn’t even enjoy to celebrate my usual Get together with the family at my house for Thanksgiving Celebration and I’m Very Disappointed of Best Buy as well

Not good, had it since October, 2021.panel broke down and Samsung warranty refused and did not cover the repairs.griddle stains hard to clean.

Haven't used it a whole lot yet, but I do love the griddle in the middle! That is so useful and easy to clean. Flame works great and consistent on all burners. I haven't used the oven part yet.

I recently purchased a kitchen oven and stove from Best Buy, and I am thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The appliance not only meets but exceeds my culinary expectations. We got a great open box deal on this and found the value to be amazing. But, the build quality seemed to go with lightweight over durability. We will see how long things like the knobs and handle last. But, the oven and stove itself work exceptionally well! The app functionality is just ok. Since it is gas, you cannot actually start the range or oven from the app but you can set the temperature and time and then have someone just hit "Start" on the oven to get it going. You can also monitor the current temperature, useful if you aren't home or are busy in another room. The stainless steel look is excellent and works well with the black.

I hope that Samsung is made accountable for the way they take advantage of the trust consumers placed in their name before lives are lost. Last Friday, our new Samsung gas stove, sounded the carbon dioxide alarm, alerting the fire department for the second time we got it in two months. They determined the fault was from within the stove and not the connection. I am still waiting for Samsung to address and follow through with resolving my brand new $8,000.00 floors put in the week before appliances were delivered two months ago and scratched up by the delivery team who did not complete installation of the fridge, which had a faulty part we had to replace on day one from the delivery company they used. They gave me numbers and an email, telling me to contact the RXO, their delivery company. Numbers do not go through, and email is not responded to. Samsungs solution, each time I call is for me to be patient, the RXO has been made aware and will contact me. My stove performs a serious threat to my family and when I call about my warranty and email, I am put off. The department I am directed to, does nothing and tells me 24 to 48 hours, someone will call me. In the meantime (Happened last Friday and today is Monday), we have no stove and fire department told us we cannot use or connect the new Samsung stove understandably. Me: Jul 26, 2024, 20:15 EDT I am a extremely unhappy Samsung customer. As you can see from the pictures, we have the fire dept here who determined we have a gas leak from within the new samsumg stove. I want my situation resolved as soon as possible. Warm regards, tippani Samsung Customer Care Samsung There stove lets off a silent and deadly killer, confirmed by the Fire Department and they respond telling me to contact another department who in turns puts us off and does not follow up on a product under warranty?! Samsung is a corporate bully who does not care about the safety risks their products raise for their consumers. They do not care if the people they hire damage customers property or that the customer receives damaged product. They will ignore you and put you off, please do your research before purchasing any of their appliances. I truly wish I had! I have placed some of the responses I have received from this company, to validate that they do not address concerns or issues and WILL put you off. Countless hours on the phone, put on hold, re explaining and no resolution. Beware of Samsung and do your research before buying.

I love this range; it cooks food without guessing if the temperature is right and the timer works well, I like the center griddle for cooking hot dogs and toasting buns that are too big for the toaster. The little, tiny burner in the back is great for small pots like for soup for one person instead of burning the sides of the pot on a regular size burner, overall, it's been a great buy I just wish it had a broiler down below instead of a drawer, but we just purchased a broiler pan to put in the oven and set it on broil, works perfect.

Love this stove. I took my time to review this appliance after prolonged use. I have cooked and baked and find this stove to be very user friendly. When using the stove top, make sure to adjust the intensity of the flame. The flame throws off a very high heat and could affect your finished product. The oven cooks very efficiently and baked goods come out evenly cooked. Also easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Great looking stove. Well built easy to set up. Range configuration is practical for using multiple burners at once.
