The problem was it came with a huge crash on the right side at the bottom and I couldn’t get a new one since it would take 3/4 weeks to be replaced, how you can live 4 weeks with no oven.

This Samsung range had good reviews and was on sale at Best Buy so I decided to buy it. So far it’s performance has been great. The oven heats evenly and the stovetop has powerful gas burners. Since I already had Total Tech the haul away of my old range and installation of my new range was free. Just beware when purchasing a gas range a permit and inspection is required and not covered by Best Buy.

I’m very brand loyal and my entire kitchen is Whirlpool, but I couldn’t find any I really liked within the brand to replace my old oven. Loved the look of this Samsung and definitely prefer the controls on the front of the oven, as opposed to in the back behind the burners. The Samsung burners work extremely well (gets water boiling in half the time of my last oven), especially the front right burner, and love the touch screen. We’ve had only had it for about a month now, but I would definitely recommend.

It has so many functions, looks great in my kitchen and is easy to clean.

It came with installation manuals and a link for the user manual. The link doesn’t work and I have no idea how to use any of the features!
