However the delivery was very upsetting especially how rude the delivery guys where when dropping off the new stove and removing the old one. Attitude was very rude and no help when asked.

I couldn't find the problem in the trouble shooting section. Also the middle grill tray isn't easy to clean & it leaves a burnt residue behind which doesn't look too appealing. Too bad the middle burner doesn't actually have a grate cover to allow for actual cooking. Maybe we should have looked at a different model with more options.

Since we have a 4 year old, its ability to hide fingerprints (and handprints) is a definite plus.

The second time, I had to call Samsung, because the timer would not reset. I was told to unplug the unit or reset the circuit breaker, as the display was frozen. Well, this happened every time I set the timer. The third unit seems to be okay (fingers crossed). Best Buy would not upgrade me to the next unit. However, after much calling, going in to the store, and aggravation, I was given a nice credit on my purchase. The store assistant manager was a pleasure to deal with.
