    Broken burner contol knobs

    We bought the stove in Feb. 2021. In less than 6 months, 1 of the burner control knobs broke off. By end of 2021, 2 more knobs broke off.

    I have only been able to use the oven once The entire panel won't function and it won't unlock I've gone online to troubleshoot and each time my son has to pull it out and unplug it so it resets, its so frustrating! there is no area in my guide or information that came with this range that explain this or how to use the wifi

    We bough this product in march end and installed it after 14 days as our plumber was not available. Once this range is installed , we have gas smell from gas range, called gas company and they said that there is gas leak form burners and vent in the back. Tried to called best buy to exchange but they denied as it was more tan 15 days. We tried to call Samsung support to get it fixed and they have give technician time after 7 days. It's been disappointment to get defected/bad item and for fixing it's taking 7 days. How can we live without range for so long with small kinds in home.

    Don't do it!!

    If I could give this less than one star I would. Within a week of purchasing this stove the control pad locked up and nothing we did would fix it. It was not "locked" but the buttons wouldn't work. I had to unplug it to reboot the control pad. I though it was a fluke but sure enough within the next few days it happened twice more. We requested a replacement hoping it was just this one but nope. The second one came and again within a few days the pad was locked up again. I am currently waiting for them to pick this second one up and replace it with another brand. Nice looking but terrible quality.

    Gas Range...POOR Service otherwise it so far works

    What can I say I'm still dealing with this stove...First I was lied to on when it was arriving! 2nd...installers did not attach the trim kit when it finally did arrive. I now have to have for not one appointment but 2 b/c someone has to come and look at it and then order the part....I'm not a happy at all over this b/c I now will have spent 4 separate days sitting home and waiting for something to get taken care of with this stove. Otherwise it works great...I'm giving it a poor b/c of the service I have had to deal with

    I'm sad to report that this oven range hasn't worked out for me very well. I've had six repair calls for this appliance and several parts replaced. The issue is the oven doesn't heat properly resulting in extended (and unpredictable) baking times. The range has been fine. I would not recommend this product. I would also recommend Best Buy consider discontinuing Samsung ranges.

    SUCKS! We have had it a little over a year and once again it has stopped working. The control panel is unresponsive although the pilot lights work. Arranging for service is a complete nightmare. Never again.

    Panel died on day 1. Worked for a few hours then died. Had to get a warrantee replacement. Huge hassle, very disappointed.

    The panel gets stuck and becomes unresponsive. You have to unplug the oven for it to reset. Samsung has no solution for it. I would say, there are better options out there.
