None of the touch panel icons/buttons will work. Now we cannot use our oven or features driven by the touch panel. BB has 15 day return policy on a major policy which is ridiculous, We need resolution from Samsung on this issue ASAP.

Nightmare delivery company

It took 3 times and then I had to finally hire my own installer. They sent these guys with the wrong cables, the installation was pushed back twice after the original date. Horrible customer service over the phone when I tried to get help with the installation. However the stove is awesome we love it!!!!

I installed the range myself easy to setup. Great addition to my kitchen this was a great buy. The delivery guys was on time and very nice. I will buy again! Thank you!

The oven also performs flawlessly. The controls are easy to work. The best part was we ordered it on a Thursday and it was in my kitchen installed on the following Monday!

Defective model, don’t buy this one

The panel many times stops working and there is no way to reset it other than move the oven, unplug it and replug it in. It’s not locked as one might think, it just freezes and you can’t turn on the oven anymore. 3 months later, now the broil in the oven doesn’t work anymore. So obviously this model has many defects. Im surprised they are still selling it. Samsung customer service did refund the amount we paid for the oven which is great, but it took a LONG time to get through their customer service with a technician visit scheduled, although the technician never showed up.
