    Buy At Your Own Risk and Peril

    I have a brand new gas range from Samsung and it has a gas leak. I only used it once. My gas company red-tagged it. I purchased the warranty. The retailer immediately pointed the finger at Samsung. I have been calling Samsung for a week and no one will help me. I have been eating out because I do not have a stove that works. No one should buy these stoves because their customer service is horrendous. They do not care if you have a gas leak. They do not care if their products might kill you.

    The unit caught fire

    I wish i could rate it zero. I am extremely disappointed with the Samsung gas range that I purchased less than two years ago. The materials used to construct the range are of very cheap quality and it is clear that the product is not designed to last. To make matters worse, the range recently caught fire, which is a serious safety hazard that could have put myself and my family at risk. Despite reaching out to Samsung's customer service team multiple times, I have not received any response or help in resolving this issue. I strongly advise against purchasing this product or any other products from Samsung and would recommend looking elsewhere for a safer and more reliable option.

    Broke just after 1 year. Ignitor stopped working. Samsung customer support is a joke, it's intended to just give you the runaround. What's the point of registering a product if they ask you for receipts anyway? Local appliance repair shops won't touch it because they said Samsung ovens are garbage. They actually laughed at me when I called....that's how bad it is. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this one.

    Poor designed and quality.

    The range vents blow forward and make the back 2 burners un-useable and the remaining 3 burners marginable useable when the range is on. In addition the range ignitor broker after 3 years.

    Started getting a problem in burner

    Right after the warranty over, burner started getting problems. My burner is not igniting by itself. We have to lite using external lighter.
