The washer does a good job of washing clothes. We use the upper washer more than we thought we would. Primarily purchased for linked app ability. Samsung needs to get it together when it comes to the SmartThings apps. There's a "classic" version that works better than the new version but both are incredibly buggy. Had delivery issues and we're still waiting for an exchange since this arrived damaged the second time.

The machine is super quiet, beautiful and multifunctional. If you're into technology, this is your baby. Connect it to your home network, washcloths during the cheapest time of the day, have them ready to move to the dryer upon your arrival home. Sweet.

Best washer ever. Great if you have a work uniform and a family. Can wash work clothes without interrupting laundry cycles for the family. It cleans stuff like cat pee out too without having to rewash 5 times.

I enjoy being able to wash in both washers at the same time. The top washer is great for delicate items! The bottom washer is wonderful for doing large loads! The only regret I have is not purchasing this washer sooner. It is truly a delight to use!

These are fantastic, I’ve had the washer and gas dryer a month now and they’re fantastic, I put 5 year protection on them because it seems like a lot could go wrong but they work fantastic so far!

My washer has a little dent on it, but their sending me out a new one next week. The washer runs like a dream. I love it. I also love the matching dryer. I couldn’t be happier.w

I absolutely love this washer machine. Perfect for my life as a nurse and washing my scrubs in the top washer as soon as I get home from work. It allows me to keep them separate from my everyday clothes.

Love my washer. Holds a lot and can even do another small load on top at the same time and I love the phone alerts that tell me when the cycle is done. Clothes look and smell clean and fresh

This is a great product and well worth the price. The added top washer is great for doing an additional small load, but I think the focus on that added featue overshadows just how great the main washer is, with all of Samsung's latest features and fully customizable wash cycles.

I love having the flexibility to wash a really big load or really small load. It also cuts my wash load in half to be able to wash multiple loads at once. The machine gets the clothes really clean and looks nice.

When we purchased this set we had heard so many good things about Samsung and really enjoyed this layout. Within the first year we had the seal (boot) tear which allowed water to leak out the front. Samsung doesn't cover seals so that was $150 out of our pocket. Then most recently after only having them 18 months both weights broke inside the washer causing damage to the tub and further more tearing the seal once again. So here we are with a really loud machine that sounds like it will explode at any time and going to have to just replace it because the warranty is only good for the first year. Would not recommend these what so ever and have been nothing but disappointed.

Loving my new Samsung washer. The flex wash feature was a must for me. When I want to wash just my workout clothes or a smaller load when I don't have a full load to wash. Highly recommend.

Good features, although be careful to plug into a surge protector due to all the electronics - expensive to repair or replace!

This washer has helped reduce the stress in my life by eliminating the chance of me throwing my wife's delicates into the wash with my clothing. The top washer is hers only. This washer will save me money by reducing the risk of me buying replacement clothing....thank you.

Wow did we ever make the right upgrade to this flex wash. We love it so much that we can do small and large loads and save water. There is even a light in the front loader that is awesome for doing laundry at nighttime. Highly recommend this machine.

Great Washing Machine, can do two loads at once (top one is small) the only problem is sometimes it's difficult to get small items from the back of the drum. I would definitely purchase it again.

This washer has been very good, the clothes smell very clean. Its easy to maintain. Bought the dryer first then needed a washer this in the main reason I selected this washer. The dryer is great as well

Busy mom with 3 means lots of laundry. I love the large capacity for the bulk of the laundry while the flex wash for small load. Just don't overload the flex wash, you may end up damaging cloth.

This washer is meant for big families. The top washer is good if you have smaller kids. The washer is great and gets the job done. The only problem I have is it’s loud at timeshare.
