I’ve had this for about 2 months now and it’s been great. I like the connectivity aspect, it will notify my phone and even show up on any of the latest TVs, that the washer/dryer is ready.

Loved every bit of it. The option of washing a small load separately just makes all the more sense. It is a little bulky, however, overall a great purchase.

Very happy with this purchase. It is so cool to wash a comforter in the bottom and shorts in the top all at the same time. Great design and love how it chimes when the load is done.

So far so good. I do not regret the purchase. It has more features than I will ever use, I’m sure. Really large foot print. Wouldn’t suggest to purchase a base.

This washer and dryer is quiet and very reliable. We've had Samsungs before and have been very happy with the brand. This is our second set of washer and dryer from Samsung.

This worked perfect for us. Noise is almost zero during operation. The additional washer is a plus to cycle through small garments. Delivery happened on time. Loved the buying experience with BB.

We bought this washer to replace our old one. Wow! Loved that we have the option to wash just a few things on the upper flex part. Saves time and money. Love the app that lets me know when my washing is done as well.

We really enjoy our new Samsung Flex Wash washer. The top washer is very helpful when needing to wash smaller loads. I would recommend the washer to anyone who has kids in the household.

Wife and I made the decision to splurge on this washer. Hopefully one time purchase for a while. Works really well. Had it for a while and never an issue. Greatly recommend

I like the design of this washer. I can wash small amount of clothes using the top washer. Adding detergent and softener are pretty easy on both drums. Lots of functions, and washes my clothes well.

This is by far the best washing machine I’ve ever owned. The extra compartment is great for when I only need to wash a few things such as whites while still being able to do colors in the larger compartment.

I JUST RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS WASHER ALONG WITH THE MATCHING DRYER. I DON'T DO LAUNDRY THOUGH MY WIFE DOES. SHE LOVES THE SIZE OF THE LOAD. LOL

The only issue we have had so far are the drain hoses. The drain hoses are a little short for my set up. All of my connections are recessed into the wall behind the dryer. The y connection doesn't have a hose off the end, and the connection is quite large. I had to force the y connection directly into the drain pipe because the drain pipe is recessed in the wall and underneath the hot/cold water faucet. Samsung should have put a short length of hose after the y-connector to avoid the extremely tight fit. Everything works great just the above drain hose issues.

Love the delicate/small load washer on the top! The lower washer capacity is huge! I can got an entire king set in the wash and have it cleaned efficiently.

Everything about this washer was appealing when searching for my new washer. I love the top washer feature as it allows small loads to be run as often as needed. I use the lower washer for normal to heavy loads weekly. My only complaint is the latch on the top washer broke after about a year. It still closes, but I have to be very careful when opening it so I don't pull the handle off completely! Seems like Samsung could have used stronger material for this type of latch.

Works very well. Capacity helpful when washing comforters. The small washer helps when just washing a few items without having to use the large capacity washer.

I bought this washer because of the smart control as well as the dual washers. I am notorious for ruining clothes, so having the ability to wash delicate clothes in the top washer is awesome! I may be wrong, but I was a bit disappointed though that the power to the washer can't be controlled to the app, so you can't restart or run it again once the wash cycle stops and and it automatically turns off. Does anyone know if that's possible?

This is a machine for the future and as promised delivered all the options that I was hoping for. Easy to setup and efficiently performed the task at hand
