The "Flex" washer is useful but you have to know it's 'gentle' not just small so it's useless to wash a pair of one-off jeans.

I purchased this particular brand because we always buy Samsung washers and dryers, and chose this particular model because I was intrigued by the dual tub feature. It has been absolutely perfect for us and our needs.

Con: 1) Very un-user-friendly smart setup. Most of the time the unit shows offline from the smart thing. The only thing I got out from the "smart" was it announces the cycle is done from google 2) The machine create wired noise, we had the tech came check but they said it is normal. If that is the case, the machine is not as quiet as we though. 3) After the washing cycle, there are still moist and waster dripping in the unit. I would of thought system now a days can keep the system little dryer than that. I have to keep a towel to dry it off every time after a cycle is done. I would of post a video about the noise but it doesn't seems like it will let me.
