It’s ok, but not the best

The small one works great for quick washes for a few clothing items. The large washer has many option cycles to select and they all work fine. The issue we have is that for some reason on certain cycle cleaning options the fabric softener doesn’t drain for instance when you select quick wash. Another issue is that the rubber that surrounds the door and washer, it tends to get clothing caught in between the door and rubber. So, I always fine socks there soaking wet. The last issue is that the large washer sits very low to the ground and you have to bend all the way down to get the items out of the washer to put them into the dryer, which also sits very low.
