I feel that it washes much better than our previous HE top loading washer. It's better at rinsing out the soap. The smart tech/app is very useful for alerting me when the laundry is done, although the washer also releases a charming tune when the cycle is finished.

They are replacing it with a new one. I’m reviewing the top washer. I used it once with a large men’s sweatshirt. The top of the sweatshirt never total got submerged in the water so parts of the top were still dry. If the top doesn’t wash one sweatshirt I don’t see much use of it.

The only downside to this product is Samsung lowered the tub to make room for the top washer/dryer. Without buying the pedestal you have to really over to get your clothes in or out.
