Well, until the bearings went out after 18 months. The repair cost is nearly equal to the purchase price. The 2 in 1 machine is a great concept! Especially for a large family. But Samsung's quality is suspect. This is the second Samsung front load washing machine we've owned that has had major issues. And the repair costs are insane once the warranty has expired.

This Samsung has amazing, garment separate air dryer on top which allows you to do your sweaters or anything sensitive a lot of heat. Cut down on your dry cleaning bill. It also allows you to download the app and control your dryer from your phone. So awesome it is.

The bottom tub holds a bigger load than my old machine (salesman said it would hold a King Comforter...but I haven't tried that yet) and then I can do a small load on top of delicates at the same time. This machine saves me time and was well worth the price.

While I'm still getting use to All that it does, I Absolutely Love it !! Love having the Small Extra washer on top. It is great to wash under garments Or one blouse/top.
