Don’t spend extra for the WiFi apps

I would not spend the extra money for it if I was to do this again: Samsung support doesn’t have a clue either and the manuals are so outdated with the technology that the apps they tell you to download are the wrong ones!!

Cleans very well and quiet

This washer is super quiet compared to old one. Cleans really well but wash cycles are very long. Didn’t think I would like small washer on top but now I use it all the time. Very handy. Overall i’m Very happy this purchase and would buy a Samsung again.

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

Samsung customer care "will reach out in 2-3 days" to let me know if they will provide service or not. *Not* good enough. This item is absolutely not worth the price tag. The ability to run two loads at once is a gimmick - when you run two loads at once, they drain at the same time and overflow the system - that is what happened the first time the machine broke. 1LC1 This time I was only using the top machine - used the little detergent holder they provide - didn't even fill it - same error again. There is absolutely no excuse for such an expensive item to be non-functional after such a short period of time. Do yourself a favor and google "1LC1 error Samsung" before purchasing.

The top washer has been really handy for small loads and quick washes. The 5.0 Cu. Ft. bottom drum easily washes a king size comforter. I definitely see less water usage too. Purchased about 2 months so we'll see how long it last.

I really like the concept of the 2 washers one, it makes washing delicates and xsmall loads a breeze. It also makes this a super heavy washer!!!!

Great washing machine

Loved the washing machine but due to dryer not drying out correctly our beddings (one of the main reasons we chose this pair) we decided to switch them. Due to Covid we still have them, and both are great for clothes.

It’s has capabilities of washing two loads at same time (small load) top and & large load at bottom. Many settings to wash clothes... towels, activewear, bedding, permanent press, whites, normal, quick wash etc. I love it!
