This washer looks great and it's extremely convenient with all of the settings, a second washer on top for washing two separate loads with different settings all at once. Also, easy to setup the app and utilize the wifi features, which are intuitive in combination with the app.

Overall good washer. Normal things like learning curve, stabilizing, and finding out all it can do make this hard to review fairly. This isn't like old-style washer systems. It has single item capacity, and the technology to do pretty much all you could want. Great purchase!

This washer has a lot of different settings options to choose from making it easier to find the right cycle for my wash load. It is modern, most important i can separate small loads from heavy and have them done at same time.

This a great product. The only issue I have is the musty smell I can’t seem to get rid of.

Samsung Did it right with this one. This washer works great gets the clothes clean and spins them close to dry. The top washer works great for delicates. its a quite smooth running easy to operate machine. The Smart feature is very nice we can keep tabs on things from our smart phones. The staff at Best Buy was Great to deal with.

We absolutely LOVE this new washer but I wish it had some with a warning label that says it weights 500lbs! Slight exaggeration, but this is the heaviest washer we’ve ever had. Unfortunately we didn’t pay the extra for them to set it all up. Lesson learned.

At first I was very hesitant about buying this due to having 2 washers in it. After I have used it I love it and I am glad I made that choice. It is great for washing my husbands hats and to do your under clothes or just a quick 3 or 4 pieces. I would buy this again!!

I had this washer before and had to sell it when I moved into a smaller home where it didn't fit. I just moved into a bigger house and bought the same unit again. I loved it that much! Can do big and small loads at the same time.

I've had my washer for a year. It was great. Now water builds up at door and I have to put a towel in the piece to dry up the puddle of water. Yep, smells too! Samsung has had plenty of time to fix this issue. You cannot change settings either once you pick one so you have to turn it off then back on to change which load choice you'd like. Love the washer on top. Not worth the money because of the water issue.

Pretty much the same review as the dryer. Has many options and looks awesome. The wifi part is more or less a waste because you have to load up the washer and soap it up anyways, plus you can only do a quick wash. Still a good deal if you can catch a sale

Has to many settings to list. Love the smart features. Has huge side load and smaller top section both can run at the same time. The auto self clean feature is what was missing in our last side load washer. The steam feature is perfect for getting stains out.
