This washer dryer is the way to go real easy to use

In a household with a lot of people we need a sturdy machine and this washer is one that has held up unlike others we had in the past. With an additional little wash at the top makes it easier on the loads in the main washer. Good washer overall!!

Waited over a month to get this washer delivered to me, but it was definitely worth the wait. The functionality of this washer is endless and the top washer is a great bonus. Love this washer!

I was hesitant to buy this washer because so many people had reviewed it and said that they had error messages and issues with it. I've had it for a little over 2 months and have had no issues. Average 10 washes per week. The smarttings integration is great.

I've owned this Samsung washer for several months and this freaking thing is awesome! I was reluctant when the wife wanted a "dual washer", but I've come to use the small upper loader more than the main washer. I would give this machine 7 stars if possible..lol, great device and innovation. Keep it up!!

Had a recall on similar model. Worked great but never ended up using the flex wash, ended up going back to regular washing machine, got another Samsung.

We love this Samsung washing machine. It was a bit pricey, but worth it in our opinion. We love having the flex washer so that we can wash delicate items while washing another load at the same time in the front load washer.

Initially we had an issue with our washer (the top wasn't working). It took a couple of tries, but Samsung eventually replaced it. The new washer is working well (so far) after a few months of use. Love all the tech and features (it even has wi-fi)!

I am 18 months into owning this unit. DO NOT BUY THIS! The drum unit and bearings went out and I am 15 days without a washer. At the time of purchase I also purchased the total tech membership and its been a headache to deal with. Most of the time you are getting sourced to out of the country and the other half of the time you are dealing with the third party AIG and who they outsource the actual work to which is A&E Factory (in my area). I have gotten the run around that they were waiting for the tech who came out to put in notes, then to parts aren't available, and now an ETA of 15-21 days for parts to arrive. That puts me over a month without a washer. $1600 for a unit to only last 18 months is ridiculous. The tech who came out said SAMSUNG is the worst. He stated to stick with LGs. Hope my review helps.

Both the washer & dryer are amazing! I went from 10 year old washer & dryer with the basic functions to these state of the art, multi-purpose, "Smart" set & I am thrilled! Who knew doing laudry could be exciting!

Overall love this. My only issue is that the controls are sometimes odd. The delayed reaction takes getting used to and sometimes takes double presses to get it to work.

I'm absolutely thrilled this far with this washer, I use a lot of the features activewear settings monitor the time left on the app, e t c. Plenty of room for washing all your clothes looks beautiful makes your home look like you have a luxurious high-tech commercial laundry room!

My wife loves this washer, it has so many features and really does a great job with the laundry. You can connect to it via a Samsung app and makes life easier.

I am very happy with this washer. I haven’t had any issues at all and the top washer really helps with small loads. It also helps with water usage. I also bought the dryer and I am worried that buttons might fail

I love this set so much!!! If your a tech head like me this is the set for you! I like everything about it. The only issue I had so far was the washer disconnecting from the wifi so I was not able to monitor it from the app.

This washing machine is the bomb! So many choices to get the perfect clean for just about any item! I have not used the steam feature yet, but the basic wash (both upper and lower) are wonderful! Get's clothes clean in less than an hour and using so much less water and detergent!

Read a lot of reviews and they were right this machine reminds me of a laundry mat machine. I had a kenmore elite h3 and it was hit or miss with touch stains but so far this has done a great job. I use the smaller washer for delicates and things I would hand wash and its been great.

I used it for about 2 weeks and had for a month . We went on vacation and didn't utilize a lot but when we came back we used a couple times then one day it would not drain I thought wow what happened. Called Samsung as they came to look at dryer because of error code and they said they didn't know how to open the unit up so they would have to research and come back. They came back and said the pump is malfunctioning and it needs to be replaced but in order to get to bottom pump they need to take apart top washer. My concern with all this is that's it's brand new I called Samsung they would not replace unit or refund as I explained to them my unit will now be refurbished . After going back and forth with Samsung they said no they will not replace or refund because their policy is only if it's not repairable they would exchange or refund. So after spending $50 each trip to laundry mat I gave in and they will be coming Thursday (tomorrow) to repair pump. I had issue with dryer and they cost me money and never got a refund. I'm annoyed at this point so I would never buy anything from Samsung again . I upgraded after having my washer and dryer for 5 years and they were still working I just wanted the new technology and two washers in one for a family of six was hard to pass up.

I like that I can wash two loads at the same time. This washer is perfect for women who are tired of their undergarments clinging to their clothes. The washer has many features that are useful. My only issue with the machine is that water collects under the rubber piece near the door.

Great washer! Can wash two loads at once or save water and power by using just the smaller washer for delicate or small loads. Steam function for sanitizing bedding. Only drawback is buttons are sensitive and I have turned it off midwash when trying to reach above the washer
