I love Samsung products. The washer does such a good job. It plays music when done. Lol. It scared me the first time it happened. The only thing I would change is I would buy the stand to bring the tub higher.

Best you can buy. Smart washing, that saves you money on water and electricity.

Washer works well and is of high quality. The top washer is in nice addition for delicates. Smart things smart control has to be enabled every time a wash takes place, which is annoying. Beware this is one very large washer.

After looking at many reviews and different options for a washer, I am glad we have purchased this! The options of different wash settings makes washing seamless, I also love the ability to wash two different loads of laundry at the same time.

These thing look and work great. Having the top washer and dryer work out great for a small load. A little expensive but if you can afford them, get them

I was skeptical for the price but OMG it's awesome. Large capacity so it takes me half the time to do laundry. The top mini washer is a plus as well especially if you just want to do a few things. Highly recommend. Now I want the dryer to match!

I absolutely love this washing machine. It has cut my laundry time in half. It did take a little while to get used to all the different settings but other then that i have no complaints.

It's great to be able to do a small load on top while doing a regular load of laundry below. I spend less time waiting for the laundry to get done.

What doesn’t this washer do? It’s amazing being able to wash two completely separate loads at the same time. Being able to choose how many time it rinses is also I plus. I love this washer and I would recommend it to everyone.

Wahoo for the top load washer! It’s such a neat feature and easy to use. I couldn’t wait to wash my hats that would normally get messed up in a normal washer.

They used equipment to make sure they did not damage the washer. I had never seen those straps before and it made me feel safe that it would be installed with care.

Another good product made by Samsung. This was a great buy and it checked all the boxes for our family needs and it looks good also.

Washes clothes nicely, I always had top loading machine. This is my first front loading washing machine. It does very good job washing clothes. 2nd small washer is good for delicates.

The washing machine works really well. I do recommend reading the instructions for using the top machine. It can fog up during bottom washing loads which is normal. The app integration isn't very good, but then I just use the chimes.

When we purchase our new house we were like we need a great washer, that's why we got this one. But there's a flaw, the top portion seems to over water that if falls on to the side, that's when the warning code comes and all you need to do is tilt forward so the water that was trapped gets poured out than now you have a mess to clean, welcome to the club happy face.

I bought this because wanted to do 2 wash at once. It seems to be doing a great job. It is very roomy & great for a big wash.

We love the new washer using the top for our delicates was skeptical if it would ruin them but it did not and drying them in the top of the matching dryer didn’t shrink any of them

This machine is commercial grade works well large family we use it almost every day no problems , very large capacity PS I kind of like the chime after the load is finished

Great washer so far so good, only problem was that it didn't come with the Aqua Pebble. We contacted Samsung and they are shipping it free of cost.
