This FlexWash machine was delivered on time and works great. I used the top washer for a load of whites but i think i overloaded it. Smaller load next time.

We have barely had this washer for 6 months and we’ve already had to call service 3 times! It keeps locking up on us, leaving dirty clothes in the machine for days until Best Buy Can finally come out on a service call. This horrible machine has made our lives worse as we have to go over 10 miles to the nearest laundry mat to wash clothes! Definitely not worth the $1,500 we spent on it! We were told by Best Buy reos that we’d have to call and be bothersome many times for them to finally replace the machine. I’m not waiting for that. I’ll let my credit card company right this battle since this piece of crap hardly works. Do not buy this machine if you don’t expect it to work. We’ve gone through a handful of parts. Buyer beware with this machine as you may have many headaches when you rely on it most!

I love this washer and dryer set. This is my first new laundry appliance in years and I honestly like doing laundry with it.

Samsung appliances are well made and last well. My previous pair made it thru the warranty period with no repairs needed. Hopefully these will do the same.

So far works great very nice options easy to operate the entire Family using and enjoying their cloths washing experience. We are very pleased with this purchase.

it is a wonderful washer especially that it can be linked to your phone and let you know when it is done or there might be a problem.

Please don't repeat my mistake - DON'T GET SEDUCED by the high tech features and design. Loved the machine (design and functionality) until it stopped working, with the laundry deadlocked inside, due to a hick up in the inside electrical board. The machine has been operation for only 1 year! It's been 3 weeks that the repairs have been "in progress" in between BestBuy and the 3rd party that BestBuy uses for Samsung repairs - let's see how many more weeks until the machine is fixed. Please opt for washing machine brands with longterm reputation in the market, and certainly not Samsung.

I love having the large drum for my active family of 6, but sometimes I have a dress or something small and don't want to use the big washer. This. Is. Perfect!!

This machine is the best for washing clothes. Clothes come clean the first wash. Steam and bubble wash are features that really work week.

Awesome so far. Great to wash delicates on the top and a regular load on the bottom at the same time!
