Why is there at least 1/3 c. of water left standing in the many folds of rubber? Why is there lint left in the many folds of rubber? Samsung just informed me that the part no longer exists and they would have to replace the unit. Due to the age of my unit they are offering a prorated refund that is about 50% of the cost of a new machine even though they have a warranty that states 10 years for motor parts (which this is part of) One (1) year parts and labor, Three (3) years stainless tub part (Part Only), Ten (10) years washing DD motor part (Part Only)
