You really can’t wash much in there, maybe socks. It has lots of bells and whistles, but waiting weeks upon weeks to get it was not worth it. Returned it for the equivalent LG version.

It has been a month and still it is not fixed so call customer service at samsung and they just authorized the refund but the beat buy reciept for online orders is not good enough. If you want a cheap dead wieght eye sore this is perfect for you. For the price i would think the i wouldnt have problems but i guess ill use my old washer thank god i didnt get rid of it when i installed it.
