Terrible costuer care terrible machine broke in 6 month and more then 1 month ,nobody was able to repair it

1LC1....thing continues to show a leak when there is not. Multiple trips out by repair men, still same issue. Notorious for this washer, just junk, Hate it

They don’t inspect their open box products which lead to my laundry room and kitchen flooding. Terrible experience with their customer serious and management team

Not sure what the 5 stars are about but this isn’t worth it. My $500 washing machine did a better job than this.

This Samsung FlexWash machine makes me excited to do laundry! I had no idea how outdated my washer was until this one came to live with us. This one machine has two washers - one on top (smaller) and one in front (HUGE). No more fighting when DD wants to wash just 1 or 2 pieces for school TOMORROW - she just uses the top. We are a tall family, which means larger clothes - and the bottom compartment holds a LOT. The options for diferent wash cycles is amazing! And all of them get the job done. This machine is efficient and quiet. My old washer went off balance alllllllll the time and I had just come to accept it. This Flexwash just does its thing and then when it's done - you hear the most pleasant chimes to come get your laundry!

This washer did not work at all! We had two repairs and still had to return it!

Has take so long to deliver the washer machine. Worst customer experience ever. I wish I knew better

Bad install of my washer. It’s leaking water since day one.

We've spent a month or so getting to know the samsung FlexWash washer, and found it to be excellent. It gets clothes very clean, and has thus far handled everything we've thrown at it.. including my son coming home with lice and us having to sanitize all his clothing and bedding. The features this thing is packed with are really great; it has every little bell and whistle you can think of. It even connects to WiFi and integrates with all my other samsung products. I can control the state of the washer from the panel on my samsung fridge, or from an app on my Samsung QLED Television. The top washer is great; I can do a load of underwear or socks or something in it when the main washer is in use. It seems to get everything just about as clean as the bottom washer; even though it doesn't have as many features. The washer looks great; very sleek, very impressive. Everything about the build quality of these machines screams high end. Thank you so much to the insiders for the opportunity to review this washer

I bought this machine from my mom and she absolutely loves it. The fact that you can do more than just one load at a time whether it’s big or small. It’s so convenient and totally worth it. I totally recommend this. From his ease of use and using the app, it makes life so much easier and put a smile on my mom’s face

I just got our flexwash and flexdry yesterday. We replaced our 1 yr old LG due to blankets catching on their lint trap, look that up before buying that LG model! Everyone raved about Samsung, so we went with the latest and greatest. The top washer is awesome for washing bras and underwear seperately, love it. The main dryer is not as efficient as my old dryer, but I need to use it a little more to be fair on rating, which I will do. The washer and dryer sit very low, you can sit on the floor and transfer clothes from washer to dryer. I don't know if a pedastal is available, but it would't be an option for us because we have cabinets above and need space for opening the top compartments. My one major complaint is scratches! It arrived scratched up. I watched it unwrapped at delivery, so it is my belief that it was scratched prior to shipping. I called Samsung and they said they don't cover that, and to let the retailer deal with it. The top plastic piece that says "SAMSUNG" scratches easily. I have babied it, but either I am noticing more preexisting scratches or it happened during the 2 loads I have done. I have not placed any items directly on either unit. I suspect they will redesign this part. It is a small plastic part, easily replaced. Both my units had a major scratch to the main metal casing also, we were offered an exchange by the store. We are gonna wait before deciding if this model is a keeper. There is no doubt having an extra washer AND dryer is a great asset if you value your time spend on laundry. BTW, we bought at Best Buy, and they have been terrific through the whole process, so far. This a newly released product and I searched for reviews with no luck, so I will update if anyone needs it.

The 6.0 cu ft. Samsung FlexWash wv9900 washer is the washer you’ve been waiting for! The features are endless and the quality is second to none, which was a huge upgrade for me. We previously owned a front load washer, which was less than impressive, so I was slightly skeptical before trying out the FlexWash. All of my concerns were quickly put at ease. The FlexWash is everything that it’s advertised as and more! First, our washer and dryer are on our second-floor in-between bedrooms. Our previous washer was very loud and would make lots of noise when it would go into a spin cycle. Not the FlexWash. This washer is extremely quiet leaving me with no qualms to run a load when my son is sleeping. The VRT technology helps ensure each load is balanced and never allows the washer to become noisy during the spin cycle. With having a small child we are constantly having to do small loads of laundry because he spills something. The upper washer has been a godsend for us. We’re able to quickly do a load of his stained clothes without having to start a full load of laundry. I was nervous that it wouldn’t be as powerful because there wasn’t an agitator, but that is completely a nonissue. The top washer has been a beast at tackling stains and leaving our clothes fresh. It also does a great job with delicates as well. The main washer was a huge upgrade for us. The 5.0 cu ft. capacity allows us to wash our bedding without having to worry that the load would be too big. No longer are we having to split loads into smaller loads, because this drum can hold a lot! Just because you can do large loads of laundry does not mean the cleaning power is sacrificed. I have been extremely satisfied with how clean and fresh our clothes come out after each load. The clothes come out fresh and clean even when we’re in a crunch for time and use the speed setting. Overall, I am extremely pleased and satisfied with this washer. Not only will it work hard for you, but it will look good while doing it!

I absolutely love my Samsung FlexWash!!! The large capacity washer is able to clean so much laundry at once that I need bigger laundry baskets. And it that wasn't enough I'm able to wash delicates in the upper washer at the same time so I get the laundry done in half the time or less! There are so many wash options that I'm sure I haven't tried them all yet but I know that they are there when I need them. Having the washer connected to my phone sounded silly at first but I decided to give it a try and I'm glad I did. The cycle complete notification on my phone has saved me from leaving wet clothes sitting in the washer and needing to be rewashed multiple times. I now look forward to laundry day because it is quick and easy! I highly recommend the FlexWash to anyone who is in the market for a new washing machine. I reviewed this appliance as part of the Insiders program and all opinions are my own.

This is the BEST washing machine I have ever had. I literally do not need to go to the dry cleaners anymore - this machine does it ALL !!! And it does it well !!! The bonus is that it is 2 washing machines in one, cutting down on the time I spend doing laundry. Also, the washer is so large that I can wash my King comforters and area rugs in it and it cleans them beautifully. 5 stars all the way.

The one thing that got me excited about buying this set is the 2 washers/dryers in one, considering the new born baby we had at the time of purchase. Oh... trust me, the worst set we have ever owned. WORSED! * Touch Panel is very sensitive and will cancel a cycle if any part of your body touches it as you lean over it or walk by it. The doors don't open 180 degrees but rather a bit more than 90, so in a small space, you have to open and close the door(s) to get around it. Lastly, and more importantly, don't expect the set to last you longer than 2-3 years. Repair parts cost more than a new set all together.

Disappointed in this machine and Samsung in general. While it cleans nice, it broke within 3 weeks and now they say it will take 2 weeks to get someone out to look at it. As I feared, purchasing something will all the advanced bells and whistles has come back to haunt me....much early than I ever thought possible. My old washer and dryer lasted 10 years with only 1 repair needed during that time but we decided it was time to upgrade. Samsung said that that they aren't responsible because it's within the first 30 days. Can't stand companies that find every way possible to get out of backing their products and/or giving a dam about their customers. My recommendation is to take your money to a company that will stand behind their product and provides real customer support.

Good quality good washer self cleaning more capacity

I was reading all the reviews, and decided to go with Flex Wash WV60M model. I love it so far it is so good. No complaint, i can wash the upper on both upper and lower at the same time. I do have 4 rubber legs antivibration from Amazon. It is amazing and big different in noise and stability. I used to have LG front loader, Samsung is quieter than LG machine. For sure this samsung Flex Wash is a top of the line Samsung can offer.

Game-changer. Over the years we’ve owned a few top of the line washer/dryer pairs. This set is without a doubt is the best unit in all aspects. Add in the fact that I can run two separate loads simultaneously and it’s impossible to even compete with its awesomeness.

Purchased this washer in November of 2018. Want to warn future buyers that you cannot use liquid softener in this washer, especially the top washer. Causes the washer to go into error code. Service on this washer has been a nightmare as no one knows how to repair it. Parts are non-existent. When working washer is very good and it was nice to use the top washer for delicate garments. Cannot use the top anymore. Called Samsung directly to see if I could get the part needed and was told that they could not help me.
