The washer is awesome as advertised. It is very heavy so be prepared for a difficult move. The only odd part is that the top washer does not have a wool cycle but the bottom does (because of the way the drum moves), but it seems best to wash the wool items individually. For everything thing else it is very convenient and loaded with useful features.

I like the Flex wash for delicate fabrics, so much options and easy to use. My daughter did not know we can use both upper and lower washers simultaneously. Plays a tune when the cycle is done. Rotate the drum manually to remove all clothes. The clothes tend to cling to the drum after spinning.

Most of all I like the ease of use and the constant reminder to check the lint filter. The only problem is the door opens in the wrong direction making it difficult to transfer clothes from the washer to the dryer. There appears to be no remedy.

This washer works great. It's easy to use and very efficient. I love the new features that allows me to wash my clothes faster, and I have the option of using the top washer if it's only a few items that needs to be cleaned. I would strongly recommend.

I love this washer. It so lives up to the hype. I frequently use both washers and driers the same time and it cuts down my laundry time by half. I have a large family and would normally spend my whole weekend doing laundry. Now I get that time back for me. Also love the app. It tells me how much time I have on both washers & both driers. I can multi-task more efficiently and manage my time better. And lastly, YES this can be put on pedestals. It's a bit high but it saves my back. I'm 5'4 and have a small stepper stool for when I need to use the upper washer and dryer, which is not every time, but I rather step up a few times than bend down every load. I almost forgot, I was torn between these and the LG SideKick with the additional washer in the pedestal. I ultimately chose this because I couldn't bend down to the pedestal and there was not a matching SideKick Dryer.

I know it is pricey but it is a must have for larger families, especially if you do separate small loads for sports uniforms. Love it! Doing laundry is faster not only because of the load capacity but also because of the notifications on my SmartThings app. Wish I had this sooner!

Very good machines all are the features are top of the line the ease of access on the app is great as well the price might be more expensive but they are worth the price highly recommended.

Washes really well. It's large enough to fit a king size comforter with no problem. Works exceptionally well when paired with the flex dryer. Having the extra washer is perfect for quick 1-3 item loads, helps to conserve water and save on your water bill.

This is the best washer I have every owned. Combined with the dryer it is amazing. It has a smaller section on top for washing smaller loads and can be used simultaneously with the lager main washer section. This is a must own if you can spare the cash.

I absolutely love this washer and dryer I have a family of seven. We are constantly doing laundry and washing stuff. I love the flexibility of the flex wash and dryer.

Even though they are a little taller than the norm, they are very quiet and definitely clean well, also when I need to wash smaller loads is a breeze

Ive had my washer and dryer for a few weeks now and am overall happy with the capacity, ease of use, and cleanliness of clothes. Very easy to ise and its nice to get an alert when clothes are done!

Little bit pricey but it’s worth it for that I never had like that before I recommend to anyone

I love this washer! It has a lot of different cycles ro choose from…you can do everything from small loads to extra large, even adding steam if you want! There’s a cycle for every need. Delicates, Extra Soiled, Towels, all kinds of choices. The smaller washer on the top is great for light loads. It spins so efficiently the clothes are practically dry when you take them out. I love it!

Best Washer. Both upper and lower washer works perfectly at the same time

This washer is a beast. Unlike the dryer cousin. this is a work horse. we do about 12-15loads per week and it does them fast! With the top loader as well we get small and delicate load done at the same time. Very efficient. it also uses VERY little power for most settings. Even the steam wash only used 1.2kKwh for that particular load. Since our units are in the basement the SmartThing app notify us when it's done. Now the wet load doesn't get over looked.

Excellent, easy to use and very convenient. Both the upper and most compartments leave clothes very clean.

I'm very pleased with the washer. It saves a lot more water than my old washer. And the clothes are much cleaner. My dryer works great also I like the large capacity.
