Had Washer and Dryer for a little over 2 months now. It has been one of the best washer and dryer sets I have owned. No complaints yet. Definitely worth the Money

I love this washer. Very efficient and way better at spinning than my last which was just an older model. Once you figure out the dial knob yo are good to go.

This washer is awesome. It is 2 washers in 1. Small loads on top and regular loads from the front. I have 2 loads going at the same time and it is just so cool.

Very large capacity. Able to handle all the loads we do. Works great

This is one of the best washer machines that I have ever had. It remembers all of the cycles that you normally use making it easier and saves time.

We had an original flex washer purchased in 2019. There were a few nagging problems, but it truly was a great washer. After 3 years the drum bearings went bad and there were some electrical issues. The warranty company bought us out of it, and we purchased the newer model. Just like the last one, it has been great so far. Hopefully the newer model is a bit more reliable. having two washers is really nice, and after a spin the clothes are virtually dry. The dial cleans up the front nicely, rather than all those buttons. Fingers crossed on this one.

Love this washer! The ability to do 2oads is awesome. Only thing I would change is put a panel on it with all the cycles and options rather than the dial

This is my second set of these machines. I absolutely love them. We updated to a new set after 6 years with zero issues.

Very user friendly and easy to install. Installation is really easy.BBY delivered it as scheduled. It does its functions very well. You can chose not to use wifi, but i am using it as it is useful.

This washer is beyond my expectations! I have 4 kids and 13 animals and this washer handles everything like a pro! Highly recommend buying this!

Washer was amazing until it failed right at the 27 month mark, right after the 2 year Best Buy warranty and the 1 year manufacturer's warranty. If I didn't buy this with my American Express Platinum (that extended my warranty, I would be out $2000).

I love it cause it does so much and it’s simple to do and tells us when it done with the washer cycle and the dryer cycle knows what the settings are from the washer and all you do is start it and it does the rest

Awesome washer, it does everything it needs to do and really simple to use, a little on the heavy side when moving. Not for small compact areas. Nice wifi feature is nice i get alerts when starts and finishes.

This is the next step in washing and drying clothes. These are as close to commercial size and strength but as gentle as a dry cleaners! Awesome awesome awesome product!

Wowzer! This is my second Samsung Washer / Dryer front loaders(from BestBuy)! These unit with the TOP washer / Top Dryer are awesome! Excellent installation from Bestbuy and a great price during President's Day Sale. The "SPEED CYCLE" is amazing. I have to setup the WIFI features but overall it is A grade. I didn't get the pedastals this time as they are huge. However, there is still some noise and vibration from the units. My units are sitting in my first floor laundry room on the wood floor. I would assume a concrete basement or slab would lessen the noise and vibration. A grade.

I love washer and dryer they work so quiet I like top you can wash it small clothes in dryer to I like lights inside when you open the door

Large capacity, steam cycle is amazing at getting that “musty” smell out of towels.
