I love my Samsung dual washing machine. It's massive in size, quiet and cleans my clothes, like no other machine has.

Great washer and a nice improvement in sound from our washer in our old apartment. Occasionally I hear it spinning up and it catches me off guard since it's so quiet. Smart controls are nice and machine and my fiancee uses the flex section for washing delicates a lot. I do wish that the door could be reversed - even if it meant paying someone to come do it to retain the seal - as the arrangement in our utility room is less than desirable. All in all though, a great machine.

I was very apprehensive of buying another front loader but a good friend just purchased the simular but smaller basket as this one. They loved it and I was very impressed with all the added features. Now that I've got my own I can honestly tell you its simply amazing. I love it. You can wash certain delicate items in the smaller top load and wash a huge load in the bottom as well. No regrets at all

At first, the dual washer concept seemed like overkill. Who wants to wash two loads of laundry at once?! It really does help, though. We have young children and it is easy to use the top washer for a small load after a soccer game or playing outside, while the main washer is great for traditional loads and bedding. The controls are a little confusing and sometimes choosing which cycle to use is more difficult than it needs to be, but all in all this is a very good washer.

Love the washer. It is super quiet and very efficient. It spins the laundry dry and washes the laundry well. In comparison to my older washing machine, the laundry is coming out cleaner and dryer. It is super quiet too. I heard a neighbors washer and thought wow that is loud (my old washer was just as loud). This washer is quiet even when it's washing 2 loads at the same time. I am now looking for things to wash because it's fun.

I like how this washer washes my clothes it does a great job however there are some issues. First issue is the fingerprint proof claim: the washer is not fingerprint proof and I am very disappointed about this because it was one of the main reason for purchasing. Second issue water collects in the rubber area of the front: a good amount of water collects in the front part of the washer so I recommend making sure you dry it well after your done using it. This takes me some time to do because I am pregnant and it’s not as easy to bend down so it’s a headache for me. Overall it’s a good washer but it’s on the pricey side I think I could have gotta something not as pricey for the same quality. Just shop around. I looked for a washer and dryer for about three months before deciding and I think I made a good decision but it was very expensive.

It's a front loader, which makes it easier to load. Oh, and I can put the smaller stuff in the top. From the settings I've used, and there are many to choose from, it's usually 3 times as fast. Everything comes out nice and clean. Not to mention that it is quite attractive. Very happy with this purchase. Heads up: I'll be purchasing the matching dryer shortly.

I love my Samsung washing machine. There's nothing negative I could say about that washing machine it is the best washing machine I've ever use it's easy to use and there's plenty of room to watch heavy loads of clothing. I don't think there's a better washing machine out there unless you can find one that will fold your clothes afterwards

Awesome washer!!!! I didn’t realize how much these appliances are so automated. It came with a manual and it was so easy to read. This washer also gives you the ability to wash delicate items at the top. It is very quite and you can set it for a delayed start so you can choose what time to start remotely via the smart things app.

Love this washing machine. It is very efficient and I love the option of washing two loads at once. (Same with the dryer). The only thing that I find that is an additional task is having to wipe out the water since it is my first front load washer. The water never fully drains. We keep the door open to let the water dry out. Overall very satisfied

By far this is the best washer I have used to date. The smaller load is perfect for a small load of baby clothes or even just my under garments. I think I have fell in love with the silent wash capability. You can barely hear that it is even on. I love this machine. It is huge, but so worth the purchase

This washer is amazing! Having the 2nd small top washer is so convenient! Definitely great with having small kids. The music it does when it's over is so nice. The fact that it alerts your phone when it's over is great too. We added the pedestal to make it higher. It cleans the clothes so well and everything smells so great. The feature that makes the detergent get more foamy is great. Highly recommend.

This washer is really top of the line. I wash my 4 month olds clothing in the top and I will was towels and my clothing in the bottom washer. The washer and dryer sync with each other so all my loads got done at once. I can do 4 loads at once. The dryer has a delicate air dryer on the top so it’s nice with bras, delicate clothing and stuffed animals. It takes a while for it to dry completely but it’s better than tossing into the dryer. They are big but do fit nicely in my laundry room. The only problem is that The doors suck! I can only open the washer to the left and I can’t switch the washer door. The dryer door you can flip to the other side but the washer you can’t. The doors won’t be in the way if you have the washer on the left and the dryer on the right. My house isn’t like that. That’s the only downfall. Also when you buy these make sure you order the bigger unit, it has a touch screen display and chrome finish on it. They have a smaller unit and it has the push buttons so liquids could get trapped and gross, plus it doesn’t have chrome. I wasn’t told about the bigger unit and ordered it and had to return it. It was the biggest headache, but everything was taken care thanks to Sharon with the Best Buy team. Great washer, so many settings. I love it with my baby clothing. Worth every penny.

I love the top washer and have used it many times, but have found the hard way that it cannot handle more than 3 underwire bras at a time. :( Be sure your laundry room has enough room to get the washer in and use it. Unlike front-loaders that sit on platforms, this washer opens on top. It is also deeper than usual. We had to move cabinets and widen the doorwayl to make space for the washer and matching dryer.

For the most part this is a good washer and having the ability to use the flex washer (one up and one down) is great because you can wash a small load at the same time as a large load. The down falls are, you must either do away with softner or mix it with water! Well in all new washers you should do this anyway as to not set off the sensors for suds. It does save you in detergent, and your clothes still get clean, but it is still a pain. We have switched to the pods with softner. The overflow sensor if you use the softner cup of the top washer, or put too many clothes in will set the sensor off and the washer will overflow with water. So there are down falls as with any product you buy. Some good, some bad. Never will you find anything that checks all those boxes.

The Samsung FlexWash is a game changer for laundry! I used to HATE doing laundry until I purchased this washer. It is efficient, cleans the clothes extraordinarily well, is very quiet and easy to use. It has steam settings that do an excellent job sanitizing my family's clothes during this pandemic. Great buy!!

I'm not sure why the main selling feature of this washer is the fact that it has a separate washer up top and the washer up top doesn't come with a soap / detergent dish. One wasn't delivered either that the videos show you put inside the washer separately. The bottom washer is very quiet. I read reviews that it doesn't use enough water due to the efficiency settings so I used the extra large load settings and it seemed to be enough lol so much so I couldn't smell my gain detergent that I usually smell after washing my clothes. Other than that I plan to read more on using all of the different options and plan to enjoy it. I love the option to sync with your samsung phone to be notified when your load is done. Hopefully someone contacts me to send me the detergent dish for the top washer.

Quiet machine. Low vibration compared to my previous Samsung machine. Clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. Really love the extra washer on top. On these models, pay attention to which size model you buy. Different sizes offered from different retailers. Choose the right one based on your spatial and family needs.

Great washer... We love the capacity and it is very quiet... Except for the music it plays when a load is done... Wish I could figure out how to change that... Its not bad, just can't change it.

I know it's not cheap, but this washer will just do all the cleaning with very minimal noise! And I love I can wash two loads of clothes at once. Just note that the upper washer only allows a limited amount of clothes. The bottom washer is your typical washer for big loads
