So in love with my washer. I can control with my phone. I love having the top washer for socks, underwear, and delicate items. The washer is big enough to wash a king comforter with no problem. I have yet to use all the settings on it but so far it's great.

So far so good. I love that I can do 2 loads of laundry at the same time! Works just as described. I have only 4 stars because the door only opens one way, or at least I have yet to find a way to make the door open the other way.

I've only had my machine for a month, but love it so far! It is fairly larger than our previous Samsung, so make sure you not only measure the machine size you need, but also the depth appropriately (not just the machine but the distance from your wall including the cords, hoses, etc). Our machines are in an entry way from the garage into our home. I knew the machine size was fine, however I did not take into account the additional cords this uses due to the dual capacity. Fortunately, they just fit. Also, if you have cabinets above your space, make certain you have the correct dimensions from the top of this washer to the bottom of your cabinets. Otherwise, you may not be able to open the top loaders fully without causing damage to your lids. Love the smaller load option on top!

Large capacity. Have washed blankets and a sleeping bag. Quiet operation. Spin cycle leaves clothes damp, not wet!!! This is my first front loader and first high efficiency. It took a little getting used to, but I like it and I'm washing things just to explore how good this washer is.

Love this washer! It's pretty quiet compared to washers we've owned in the past. I love all the different settings and the fact that there's a small washer on top! It helps to get laundry done faster when undergarments and socks are placed up there and bulky items are in the lower washer

We love our Samsung front load washer. It can handle washing our king-size bedspread with no problem. Love the option to wash a few items when in a hurry in the top load washer, The washer runs very quietly and efficiently.

It's like having the Ferrari of the washing machines. I'm very happy with it although a couple of times, when using both washers (front and upper) simultaneously, it ends up in draining error. It's silent and I like being able to manage it through my phone when I'm away. It has multiple cycles and the sanitize one really cleans up the clothes. Buying it from Best Buy has been a challenge as they had to change it twice because it had big dents that appeared to be the result of several hits during handling at the warehouse.

This is a great option if you have a baby or toddler who needs clothes to be washed almost every other day. The flexibility of having the smaller washer on top is a great feature and worth it for a peace of mind. I have an a 8 month old who literally has dirty clothes every single day and I hate clothes being piled up. So that small features keeps everything clean. The washer and steam function is also great and cleans clothes really well with its smart dirt detection. You can also control the washer from your phone. You don’t have much control with this feature as I’d like but it’s nice to have with my washer being in the garage so I know when my clothes are done instead of having to go back and forth to check it. And it’s an A++ for style points. It’s a pretty looking appliance with a very sleek design, i purchased mine in the black.

This washer is so awesome, I LOVE this washer. I have a 15 month old and with this washer I can washer her clothes on top and we can wash our cloths on the lower level and it saves a great amount of time. also with so many different washing combos options you have, you can really find the perfect way to wash any garment you have in your home. this is great for families that might have kids in sports or band etc.. this way you can just throw that uniform in the top washer and go. especially if you have started you bigger wash in the lower level. this is a much have for any family with an active family or family with a lot of different types of clothing.

Love this machine! Quick, quiet and clothes come out cleaner than previous Samsung machine. Its fun to do kaundry in this nachine. I love how you can do a smaller loand with top machine. Very efficient and nice looking too

No complaints about this washing machine. My wife and I work out every morning and it is very convenient to come home throw our gym clothes in the top washer and wash that small load up top. The ability to wash two loads at one time is also a plus I would definitely recommend this washer.

We've had this washer since June and the top washer has consistently leaked from the fabric softener compartment. Well, not actually leaked but overflows--the water shoots right up and over during the wash cycle. The only time it hasn't leaked is if you leave the fabric softener compartment empty, then there isn't enough liquid in there to overflow when the water starts back washing into the compartment during the wash. I've watched it happen several times now. "Repairs" have been carried out twice, the last time the motherboard of the top washer was replaced. The repairman informed me it is a known design flaw and assured me the new motherboard would fix the issue. Ha! For being one of the most expensive washers you can buy, they should have made sure it actually works as intended. I've never been so disappointed in a Samsung product. As their offices are closed on Sunday I'll be calling them tomorrow to see how they plan to rectify this unacceptable product and situation. We did pay for Geek Squad service on this as well, only to discover that they don't have anybody in our area to service the machine, so that's something you might want to check before throwing away money to Best Buy. Normally I'm quite happy with Samsung and Best Buy, not so much with this time.

I freaking love love love this washer all my blankets fit and I have king size bedding, it’s huge And I also love the fact that I can wash things art he too like my socks and underwear and not have to use the big one, my internet isn’t working not sure why it’s not reading it anymore and Before it was might have to delete the app and reinstall it on my phone but none the less that’s minor it was very nice to be able to get a notification to my phone though letting me know when the washer is done this helps a lot Becky kids always forget their clothing in the washer and it drives me mad so once I fix this issue we won’t have that problem anymore. I can’t wait till my dryer breaks down so I can order it he dryer as well

Sometimes I wonder if people are just hard on things. We've had this washer for over two years without any problems. It has been quiet and reliable. The second mini-washer, which I thought was a bit of a gimmick has in fact been very useful. I'm sorry for those with problems, but we are very pleased with our purchase.

Almost had it a year. We have 2 kids, and the flexibility of both of the washers is fantastic. I am in love with this washing machine. I will say, the only error we've gotten is because I have started the top and bottom at the same time. So give it a moment to prevent the washes from draining at the same time and freaking out the machine. I love the steam feature for things like towels. Items come out clean. I don't do heavily soiled items in the top washer, because it doesn't do as well with stains. Like I said, I'm very happy with this one, and appreciate the more cycles and the touchscreen functionality of this one over the cheaper version. Also, we have accidently shut it off by reaching over the machine for something and it thinks we are pressing a button. Annoying for a second but I still love it.

I had to replace another washer, and I looked around and did reviews and decided on this model. I needed a washer that could spin only when needed, and this one did. I also like to wash large bedding and my other washer could not handle that size of bedding. I used the heck of this washer for a straight week, and it did great. It took me a bit to understand the different settings but I also don't read the instructions unless I cant figure it out. I love the 2nd washer option. The hardest thing was learning the machine and it didn't take long. Cant wait to use the steam option

The top washer is nice for the delicates and you can do two washes at once, granted the top one is a small load. It connects to the phone and smart TV to let you know you wash is finished.

It takes up a lot of space. My clothes come out very clean. Im able to wash large comforters. I love the second washer for underclothes, delicates or a few items in a hurry and for delicate items.

Flexwash unit: great washer overall! We’ve had this washer for about a month now and we truly enjoy it. It washes quickly and efficiently. Let’s talk about the SIZE!!! I can do a whole week’s laundry in one load in the main washer and have my delicates washing st the same time with the small top load washer. It is quite pricey but it’s worth it! Best buy delivery and set up: bad experience during the first delivery because the techs couldn’t take out one of the brackets/ Suppory bolts in the back of the washer so they opened the ENTIRE WASHER and PUSHED the drum. When we tried running the washer the entire unit shook violently! I called best buy and explained what happened, they replaced the entire unit and the second set of techs did an awesome job with installation.

We love how quiet this washer is - we can finally leave the laundry room door open while laundry is running and still watch TV in the next room. This unit is very roomy and does a great job. The steam cycle works wonders on removing tough odors.
