We love everything about this washing machine. Being able to do two loads at a time is a game changer. Your cloths come out cleaner, and seem to hold up better. It does take some getting used to as there are a lot of moving parts.

All I can say is WOW! Whoever invented this machine is genius! Being able to do 2 loads at once, especially a small load, is fantastic! I haven't washed a big comforter yet but the lower drum is SOOO big I'm sure it will be a breeze! I cannot believe how much less I need to use of all my washing machine items, especially detergent! It even tells you when to use the self clean function. Although I originally wanted white, black was all that was available and I actually love the way it looks. I am definitely going to purchase the pedestals as they are for adding height only and it is definitely needed as the drums sit fairly low. Love this machine!

Nice washer. Easy to use and has lots of features. You can use the front load for heavy laundry and top load for the lighter ones.

This helps save time and make life easier! I can just throw a couple items in the top (like when an overnight guest’s kid spilled) or fit a ton of stuff for my regular weekend chores for the family.

Love the dual washers! Saves so much time to be able to do multiple loads or just single small loads if there’s only a couple items that are uregently needed (like sons soccer uniform)! Also great at removing stains with the steam cycles!

Many special and unique features, Quiet running. Great value. Very pleased with purchase and performance so far. Height was a plus for us. Mini wash feature very nice and useful.

I love it . Its big enough for everything but doesn't takes up a lot of space . Easy to use. And the whole machine isn't overly heavy so I could move it all by myself

This washing machine is a way better replacement for the one I had before. It doesn't get out of balance, it has a small washer on top for little loads, and it runs perfectly.

I love how big and easy it is to use. I don’t like that you can’t adjust certain times on normal setting. Ect.

This is very Heavy, It is Less noisy and efficient. Front load is not easy for many with back pain issues

I like it because its very quite and you can wash top and bottom separately.

Bought this set sight unseen and I couldn’t be happier. I love all of the features. Especially the fact that I can wash 2 loads at 1 time!! I did get the 6” pedestal and that made it just right. I am 5’4

It performs excellent. I love the smart control on washer. I love the fact it has extra small portion or washer to wash white or 2-4 clothes separately

So far, I am loving our new washer and dryer. My only complaint is that you have to select 'Smart Control' each time you start a new cycle, in order to use the wifi capabilities. In my opinion, that should be something that stays on until it's turned off. That being said, the machine is beautiful and washes our laundry like a champ. I can wash two sets of bedding (king and full) together with room to spare. Upper washer is great for delicates.

We love everything about this washer. It’s super easy to use, does a great job, is very quiet, and the additional top washer for small items/delicates makes quick work of laundry day.

This Samsung washing machine is Amazing! I can wash a large load of clothes and a small load of whites at the same time. It’s quiet and great looking! Great Buy!

Love it! We were worried there are so many options we thought something would go wrong but so far so good. It takes large loads, washes well. I’m not real sure about the detergent bubble for the top washer, very easy to lose but we use it! It is a little low to the ground but we opted not to get the pedestals because the functional pedestal makes it way too tall, the shorter has no function and kind of expensive. Still not sorry at all we got it. The black set is way too much more (hundreds)just to get black.

Easily fits are large king size comforter! Clothes haven't been cleaner! Machine is quiet and handles all are different type of items perfectly. The top compartment has been great with our delicates or I should say my daughter's delicates and it's been nice doubling up on loads at times. The way it connects to the app and notifies you that you load has complete is really handy when you're not near the machine. It even tells you through the app if it's time to clean the machine, which of course is as simple as pushing a button.

Works well cleaning clothes and is quiet. I love being able to washer a small delicate load at the same time I am running through my bigger loads. Really speeds up wash day.

The second wash bin is awesome. No more waiting for a load to grow before washing and can be run at the same time as the large basin
