Have only had it for a short time. But so far it is everything we expected it to be. Quality made, double oven . ( used it once and it was great) .
Air fryer works great.

It's an excellent 2-in-1 stove, apart from pretty smart, it's handled from your cell phone.

I love my new modern oven. I love the Wi-Fi capabilities. I haven’t tried the air fryer part yet because we have 2 air fryers already lol. But the oven works great. We have burnt a few things because it’s so hot lol. Definitely recommend it.

Love our new range! It has way more features than our old range. We really like that it is WiFi-capable and the duo oven will definitely come in handy when we need to cook food at two different temps. Also, the overall appearance of the range is nice, especially with the stainless steel surface.

Beautiful appliance. All the functions you could want, easy to use. Love the variety of sizes the burners give and the griddle function is fantastic.. My husband says the food even tastes better!

Wonderful oven. The air fry is a little weird to use, due to needing to remove the very large center piece out beforehand. Other than that, it fantastic.

We just purchased this item and had it delivered on August 3rd, 2024. It has not been even two months yet. I was using the air frying feature, followed the instructions, and put a pan underneath, I put two because I wanted to cover as much area as possible since they don't recommend using oven liners. The house started to smoke and the next thing we knew all of the alarm monitors started to go off. Apparently the grease that came off did go around the pan because it splattered. it also splatter around the wall of the oven and when it finally got to the bottom of the oven it actually went through the slots that are on both sides of the bottom (I don't know who thought of putting slots at the bottom of the oven so liquid can go down, I guess they had never made a casserole that tipped inside an oven). The grease at the bottom was what caused the smoke. We turned the oven off, and when I opened it I saw what now looked like a 10-year-old oven. I waited till the oven cooled down to try to remove the wet grease as soon as possible since Samsung does not recommend using oven cleaners, and that is when I realized that it had gone through the slots. The bottom of the oven is screwed in, so I did not want to touch it. I went online and tried to research how to clean under the oven bottom and saw that someone stated that you can unscrew and lift to remove items that might have fallen through the slots. I proceeded to do this, thinking it would be OK and I would be able to save the brand-new oven, well... apparently the bottom is the equivalent of a drain so whatever liquid goes down it proceeds to go down another level, and you don't want to touch this level because there are pipes, and screws, etc. I put my fingers inside the second bottom to see if anything went down and of course, my fingers came up with oil in them. I opened the warming drawer, to see if maybe the oil drained underneath, but there was nothing there, so who knows how far the oil reaches underneath the oven or where it ends up. I kept researching and sent a question to Samsung which stated that I needed to call in someone to fix it. I called Samsung Customer Care, and after I explained my predicament they set up a service appointment to help me. When the technician came in, a very nice gentleman, by the way, he called Samsung and was told that the bottom could not get unscrewed. the solution given was to go to the self-cleaned cycle since no steam cleaners or oven cleaners can be used, since liquid can go down through the slots. So my only option is to burn the oil down, and then clean whatever got burned. The problem is that when I turned on the self-cleaning option, which lasted a minimum of 2 hours, not even 20 minutes went by before the smoke detector went off again, this is with all of the windows open with two fans trying to get the smoke out. I will now have to do this minutes at a time until I can clean a brand new oven that I only used once, and which I honestly do not want to use again.
We can see how this affected your cooking experience. Let's get this sorted out, EldieM.

Fancy and practical. I use the bread proofing setting all the time. Heats evenly and I especially enjoy the two sections for cooking at different temperatures. Only drawback is I can’t seem to connect to the smart feature.

We love our new range. Still learning all of the options it offers. Baking with convection is a game changer. Your meal is cooked faster and evenly, not to browned on this side or that. My wife loves baking bread, so the proofing option comes in handy. Our old stove took 30 minutes minimum to preheat to 400, this one takes 8 to 10 minutes. The two front burners are 17,000 and 18,000 btu's and bring water to a boil fast! If you are thinking of a new stove, buy this one! The only downside, it took a bit over 2 weeks to get it once we ordered it, but totally worth the wait.

I love my new Samsung Smart Freestanding range. It is packed with so many features, convection+, dual oven, air fry features, 5 burners, stainless steel. It works perfectly and I love using all the features. It makes cooking so easy and fun!

I bought this for my grandma and, overall, she loves the stove. The only dislike she has is that the width of the stove is a little small, so whenever she uses a large pot or pan she has to remove the middle part to make it fit which is a little less than ideal, but not enough to remove a star. Otherwise, everything works as it should and she loves the feature of the front right burner in that it speeds up the time to boil water (the fire intensity is greater than the others).
