Good stove top. The flex oven works well, but food should be covered to prevent burning if only using one of the smaller ovens. Service by Best Buy is quick and very professional.

I like the ability to cook multiple items in the oven at different temperatures. Powerful oven and stove - we had to cut the times on things we were cooking to prevent burned food. This unit replaced a 20 year old GE oven which probably accounts for the surprise in how fast everything cooked. Have not tried the air fryer yet, but excited to do so. Black stainless looks great in the kitchen. We purchased all Samsung appliances for a consistent look, but happy we did with the performance we have received.

Stove is great, BESTBUY agents are useless for helping with any issues though. Installers didn't install the anti-tip device, so it failed the occupancy inspection at the new house. BOO on BestBuy. Does Amazon deliver ovens b/c that's where the next one is getting ordered from!

I haven't used all of the features yet, but what I have used I'm very happy with! I didn't realize you can make the double oven as big or small as you like. Great surprise! Easily hooked to my phone and has all the bells and whistles.

Love it! Great oven, love the stovetop, love the accessories that it came with. My one gripe with it is that you can only have a minimal temperature difference between the top and bottom ovens when using them separately (which makes sense - the barrier can only insulate so much). Overall, though, this is a great oven and I’m very happy with it!

Love the new range; its so cool to be able to cook to different things at two different temps in the same oven. Air fryer works amazing. All in one and great!!

Works well. Love the heavy you can open just top door or whole door to get things in and out. Heat up quickly. Air fryer only used one so far but cooked heat.

Great stove. Having the double oven is really convenient.

I am just loving this stove. The quality is so nice and it works wonderful. My last stove, Maytag, was a nigthmare of problems. I've used the duo oven on this one and its great, plus the air fryer which was wonderful. The burners are all even flames and powerful. A really nice quality and made stove. Best tech hooked up the propane & stove and did an excellent and very professional job. Very happy with stove and Best Tech.

Love this stove! So convenient to use the top only on most occasions but have the ability to use the whole oven when I need to, or even cook two things at once. The convection function allows me to cook things in a fraction of the time. Haven’t tried the air fryer yet but excited to experiment with it!

The initial range I receive came damaged during the shipping process. BestBuy worked very quickly to resolve the issue and I had a new one within a week. I love the features for cooking and baking! Works well with Samsung Smarthings. One thing I learned the hard way is that the separator needs to be removed in order to use all the settings like air fry mode. This isn't listed in the directions that were provided.

The double oven is a game changer. My wife frequently bakes things that are supposed to be at different temperatures and this has made it so much easier! We love having the convection bake in BOTH ovens, and the griddle is great for pancakes, grilled cheese, or quesadillas. I highly recommend this range!

I am thrilled cooking two different dishes at two different temperatures simultaneously! I wasn’t sure about using convection oven, but I am enjoying a faster more even cooking. Holiday meals are so much easier! The gas stovetop temperature is precise and has met all of the culinary needs so far! The choice of a spacious oven or simply cooking for two is such an advantage now that we are empty nesters.

I love the range even cooking two ovens and when I got a gift card I put it toward the warranty and the next day the range went down $400 and because I did that 1 was not entitle to the refund but I still love the range I wish the sale person would have told me of this policy

Still fairly new but so far excellent job. The burners turn on instantly, the stove is easy to clean and smudge proof as advertised. Cooking on the stove is fun you might wanna play with ur oven settings cus it bakes very well. Not settings but cook times and keep an eye on food till you get the hang of oven cook times.

Love the option of having 2 ovens depending on your needs. It operates great with nice options right along with having a great appearance. Looks great in my kitchen.

The salesman was very helpful and answered all our questions, even though we forgot a few to ask, but everything working out just fine
