Had this for a little over a month now. This cooks things much faster than my 10+ yr old stove it replaced. Looks super sleek as well. My only complaint would be the small “storage” area underneath. I can only fit a few items in there compared to my old stove.

Works great. Glass top hard to clean but have not seen one that wasn’t.

Delivery was timely.Product has all the bells & whistles.I cancelled my first order because this range had more features. Because of this ,I had very favorable service from 2 salesmen.This was a cash purchase so I did not need to finance.I also have a home warranty so there was no need to purchase extended warranty.Best Buy had the most choices for my electric range .

I am enjoying the Samsung 6.3 and particularly appreciate the air frying feature. I can now have some counter space back. I am adjusting to the wifi/app features and am looking forward to utilizing it more in the future. Not loving the front right stovetop burner. It fades in and out and I am not sure why. I am also not thrilled with the back panel as it is dark and not easy to read.

Well I ordered this and waited a long time. We picked it up and had our sons waiting to unload it. It was taken In The house and when the box was taken off it had a huge dent in the side! A fork lift had hit it and totally destroyed the side. So we had to take it back. It would take till March to get a new one. So I picked out another one. I really wanted this one but it was not to be.I’m certain it would of been my dream stove.

Upgraded all appliances last year and this stove is a major upgrade. It connects to Samsung smart things app and can control and get notifications from your mobile devices. Lots of space with the way the burners are setup and efficient cooking.

Have had this stove about a month and it seems to function very well. I am not used to the glass surface but it seems to be holding up okay, The griddle and other features work well. Overall no problems.

As with everything, year after year quality suffers. While this oven/range is so far so good it's not the most intuitive to use, ( you have to go online and down load the user manual) the glass top is more difficult to clean than my last range. If I get 10 years from this oven then I'll be happy.***However, I will say when purchasing I did receive very good customer service***

A stove that I can pre-warm via my Samsung smartphone is a game changer. The air fryer and griddle capabilities has afforded me the opportunity to get rid of portable devices. This oven will be the greatest thing to happen to the roasting turkey.

Mix of positive and negative traits. The features work well as listed. Phone notifications are nice and useful. I wish the control panel was easier to read - in low light.
