My only conplaint is when the oven is preheating, it makes a clicking noise and after researching I guess its normal.. You get use to it but it caught me off guard.

The Best Buy delivery Rep took photos and said he would call in in. However, I have not received any contact as yet from Best Buy regarding this matter.

Of you are standing at the perfect angle with the right amount of light.. a portion of it may be close to the color pictures. But other than that we love the range. Air fryer capability is great. I can get rid of my air fryer and have more counrer space.

I purchased a Samsung stove on March 10, 2025. Less than a month later, on April 8, 2025, the stove spontaneously entered self-clean mode while my husband and two children were home. This resulted in the oven catching fire. The oven door locked, preventing my husband from using a fire extinguisher inside. In a heroic effort, he dragged the burning stove outside to our backyard, where the fire department arrived, pried it open, and extinguished the flames. I immediately filed a claim with Samsung. Shockingly, they denied the claim without completing the investigation. I later received written confirmation from Best Buy’s claims department stating that Samsung did NOT complete the investigation due to “lack of resources” at the warehouse. It has now been over two months since the incident. I’ve spent a significant amount of money replacing damaged household items, and yet no one has taken responsibility. The lack of accountability is unacceptable. Please, for the safety of your home and family, do not buy this stove.
