All my big kitchen appliances and TVs are Samsung and love the brand. Although I fell in love with this stove since it was delivered, I am a little disappointed. First, the griddle came scratched; now the back left burner is stain and I have try everything to try to get the stain out and is not working out. Stove was delivered on 10/28 but not installed until last week due to kitchen remodeling still been in progress when stove was delivered. To Best Buy Customer Service and Geek Squad I have to say you’re the best! They reimbursed me the scratch griddle and now are helping with a stove exchange. Advice everybody to get the total tech membership if you can! it gave me 60 days of returned which would not have been possible with just the regular receipt that just give you 14 days.

Would not recommend this stove. Its really nice looking and nice oven but it gets dirty really easily and only has 1 large burner. As soon as you turn on the heat it gets stained! I had returned the first one and this one does the same thing!

It is not the color it looks like in the picture. Also, the touch screen doesn't always detect our touches.

The stove itself cooks food very well. However cleaning stove top is not so good. I tired different products and none seems to work on getting food off.

I was extremely disappointed with this product. The controls are not easy to see. I have to lean over the stovetop to see. I thought it was just my age, but my children say the same thing. After only 8 days, the oven quit working. There was a C-F2 error. I learned this is a common problem with Samsung stoves. I was told to unplug it and plug it back in so it would re-boot, but that did not solve the problem. Wound up having to get the circuit board replaced. I would not recommend this product.

Sanmsung no cover warranty, The glass was cracked only without any blow, it only has 6 months of purchase, it is incredible such a sophisticated and expensive product

So far we like it after about 2 months. The only disappointing thing I’d say is the griddle that comes with it moves around the flat top very easily while you’re trying to use it. So it’s a headache to keep it over the eyes and try to get or flip a pancake. We haven’t used the air fryer basket yet because you have to place a cookie sheet underneath and I’m afraid it’s going to make a big mess. Besides that its beautiful (black stainless steel) . It cooks the food in the oven better than our last. I would definitely recommend but I might suggest getting the exact same one that’s a little cheaper and doesn’t come with the air fryer basket or the griddle. Just because I don’t think those add any value and you end up paying more.

The appliance is beautiful and it matches my Samsung fridge that has the same fingerprint resistant stainless steel finish. All the “standard” features work great and as expected. One of my favorite new features that I use at least twice a week is a removable non-stick griddle which is included! I use it to make pancakes and I can honestly say it makes one of the best pancakes I’ve ever had. I also own a standalone (dedicated) electric griddle and this one works way better (it is also easier to clean). This is my first stove with a convection oven and it makes cooking and reheating heat so much easier (and faster). Warming up leftover pizza is so easy now and I will never use a microwave for this again. The oven preheats very fast especially when compared to my old oven that was 15 years ago. This Samsung stove also has WiFi and it allows you to preheat, adjust time and temperature of your oven. You can use voice to control it, but it only works with Google Assistant, Bixby and SmartThings (no Apple/Siri integration). I don’t really use this feature, so not a big deal for me.

This is the best smart stove I have ever had with all the bells and whistles! The design is perfect for cooking with different sizes of pots and pans. And the oven is outstanding including the air fry feature. Too many different features to mention! This is an amazing stove!

This is the best stove I’ve ever owned! We love the built in air fryer! Heats up quickly! Dinner is perfect every time and it’s easy to clean. The Wi-Fi connection is a definite plus.

The Samsung 6.3cu. Range with thw griddle is an absolute beast! I read reviews from others and the one's saying its a 1 star must have had bad service or had it installed incorrectly because my family has absolutely loved this purchase. Thw griddle and air fryer options are an absolute dream! So easy to clean after cooking a big meal and looks stunning in the kitchen. We have also liked having it connected to alexa and our phones to get updates on software, safety, if its on/off, hot surfaces and the convenience of sending a preheat from another room. If you're on the fence about purchasing this electronic range DEFINITELY BUY IT! It has been a game changer in our kitchen and knowing its backed by a great company like Samsung. Also the best buy team that delivered it was so nice and took care with removal of the old unit and installing our new one. They explained the process, and our delivery driver had 1 himself and game us tips and tricks on using features and the air fryer option. Great job on this Samsung and thank you best buy for the amazing delivery drivers.

Love this oven: it heats up quickly, easy to clean. This stove comes with a griddle and ability to air fry. I am baking, air frying, and using my griddle and loving every minute. Easy to follow directions.
