Researched ranges for awhile. Looked hard at Frig, GE, and LG. The Samsung ticked every box for design, quality, repair history, and features.

All samsung's bespoke line appliances look great. The black glass gives a sharp deep look to it. Create a nice contrast with white cabinets.

I'm giving this stove 4 Stars only to draw attention, the stove itself is fantastic. The hotplate that comes with the stove is a little unpractical. There is no way to lock it in place and the entire plate gets hot while using it (Duh). If it slides as you're trying to flip something and you without thinking grab it you're going to get burned and potentially lose what you were cooking on it. Again, other than that this stove is awesome, my husband loves the air fry option.

In the future I will ask for him to help me with my concerns. In fact all the associates I spoke with more than willing to help. Installation was done on the day promised. Installation crew were courteous and efficient. No issues, no hassles. Good job of explaining the operation of our new stove. The stove works good. A lot of features that we're not accustomed to having.

Everything works as advertised. Buttons and knobs are a little hard to see and use is my only complaint.

So far, we have really liked this oven. It preheats quickly and the griddle burners on top have come in handy. We really love the bread proofing option as well. The storage drawer underneath is a little small, but works great for the griddle, air fry basket and a couple cookie sheets. The glass cooktop does get dirty easily, but all glass tops seem to do that.

Delivery was timely.Product has all the bells & whistles.I cancelled my first order because this range had more features. Because of this ,I had very favorable service from 2 salesmen.This was a cash purchase so I did not need to finance.I also have a home warranty so there was no need to purchase extended warranty.Best Buy had the most choices for my electric range .

I am enjoying the Samsung 6.3 and particularly appreciate the air frying feature. I can now have some counter space back. I am adjusting to the wifi/app features and am looking forward to utilizing it more in the future. Not loving the front right stovetop burner. It fades in and out and I am not sure why. I am also not thrilled with the back panel as it is dark and not easy to read.
