There was a language barrier and he could not communicate with the helpers. I am familiar with the range as far as working the burners and the oven. The helpers did not demonstrate on how to turn on and off the burners or oven to my hubby. The Instructions that came with the range did not show the "How To's" info. I do have another Samsung Electric and I am satisfied with it.

Very beautiful surface. The price is great for the advantage it offers over other brands. I appreciate all the small details that help when cooking such as the light indicator of temperature and the extra large oven.
