Great oven. Looks great and the smart features are wonderful especially having a combination of other Samsung appliances and TVs. Best Buy dinged the side of the oven but processed a credit promptly.

We bought this less than two years ago; all of a sudden, while the stoves in use, a crack appears on the surface? I don’t understand how this could’ve happened, not to mention how extremely unsafe I feel to use the stovetop near it in case there’s a spill. I have been a fan of Samsung for years, with their phones, kitchen appliances and media, but I’m very disappointed in this design. I do not believe it’s worth the price, I’ve never had a stove wear down this quickly.

Love it! This range is awesome. The air fry and convection bake all the difference. Crispy air fried wings to perfectly cooked prime rib with a crunchy herbed crust. Recommended to all.

Range works fine. Difficult to turn on/off the timer, top is painted, is easily scratched, and hard to keep clean, bottom drawer doesn't fit most pans, its very small. Pro: brings water to boil very quickly on rapid bowl. Samung customer service is absolutely terrible- don't expect to get any support from them! Received three damaged ranges (from shipping), finally accepted the third one because I needed a range!

It is a great range! Lots of options and the bluetooth is awesome!!!

We have had this range four weeks and the finish has already come off the surface of the burners, I was super careful and used only the approved cleaners after reading the other reviews that mentioned this problem, but the stovetop still looks terrible. I with I had listened to the others and bought a different range. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I am an EXTREMELY loyal samsung customer. Ive either had a note or a galaxy phone for the past 7 or 8yrs. I have the smart hub fridge, a samsung tv in every room of my house and a samsung washer dryer set. I was so excited to purchase this oven only to be let down like never before. How samsung could produce this absolutely defective monstrosity is neglect/laziness on another level. The stovetop gets damaged like it cant take its own heat and gets worse after every use. I hope i maybe received a defective unit. I dont know how else to explain this much damage to a stovetop after only 3 months of use.

I would have like a ceramic cleaning product to come with the stove

Do not buy I would give it negative stars if I could oven touchpad stoped working after 2 months and customer service Samsung denied the warranty to fix so I just spent 800 look for a different brand

Do not buy this Samsung electric range. The glass easy crashed. Hard to cleaning. Samsung didn't cover for it.

The pro's looks nice and heats up quickly and cooks well. The con's, annoying tunes that are played when it reaches the cooking temperature. Very small storage drawer. Had a difficult time getting the unit installed correctly. The first unit was not installed correctly and the installation team left the back completely exposed and did not correctly install the anti tip device. The second unit was installed correctly.

Ive had it for a few months now and it is what it is. It's a stove/oven combo. It works great as far as cooking food. My other half has really been able to get alot out of it and the meals, desserts and pastries come out great everytime. She also loves using it and has made cooking more enjoyable for her. The tech that the samsung product comes with does take some figuring out. Not as seamless as I thought but there is like a "start up" if you will when pairing the samsung oven with the samsung phone. Overall the product does have cool tech and is not hard to figure out. The product heats up food and does what it supposed to do and at a decently affordable price.

This is my first electric stove...heats fast as a direct flame and oven reaches set temp in just few short minutes. Clean smell and easy cleaning.

Loving the air fryer feature. Beautiful design and sleek dark look to match that black hardware set to add some contrast. Overall a nice range with a lot to work with
