Love this beautiful range

The burners are great. The oven is great. We enjoy the speed of convection bake. We haven't tried the air fryer yet, but look forward to it. This does not come with an air fryer basket. We have only had it for a couple of weeks, but we love it.

Largest burner is too large for my 12 inch frypans

My 20 year old kenmore stove had two large burners which would accommodate my 2 12 inch frypans. With this unit, only the left front burner will work with my 12 inch frypans and I frequently work with 2 of them. Also the 2 burners in the back small ones are both the same size whereas my kenmore had a small as well as a slightly larger second burner. Also this oven takes longer to preheat seems to turn off and on continuously when preheating which makes no sense to me and takes longer than it should.

And the price beat the other big name stores.

It had good reviews and was in our price range. Several new features on this range that I like - bread proof setting, air fryer oven, and warming burner on the stovetop. I haven't used the self cleaning oven yet, and I don't think I'll ever use WiFi with a stove so a feature I paid for but has no value to me. My one negative comment is the drawer. It's very shallow and quite flimsy.

Not smart enough for a smart stove

It did not come with an operating manual, only a thing to scan. Tried calling Best Buy 20 times, but I guess they don’t take phone calls. Finally, went there and they printed me a manual. It’s hard to get used to the settings on the big burners, because they are also small burners. I like that the air fryer is part of the oven. The price was okay. All in all, I would not recommend this stove.

Overall very happy however lately I have been experiencing some features going off while cooking for example I could be using the stove top and the bake option will all of the sudden turn on. and now I am having issues with the self cleaner which should set to 2/3/5 hours and it is registering minutes instead of hours, currently speaking to Samsung for support.

I am directed to download online, which has been a problem with my computer. Trying to get help has been extremely difficult also staying on hold to be told a user manual would be emailed. That was four days ago and I still have not received the manual. I found out thru trial and error how to do some minor things like set the clock.
