My first experience with Best Buy was excellent, from our salesperson Joanne who was very knowledgeable about the different makes and models to the installers who I have to say were exceptional... very neat and explained all the features to me....I was very satisfied! Thanks to a great team from start to finish!

The installers were very good even though they couldn't install the first one. I look forward to working with them Monday when they install the good stove. I give them 5-10 stars. good job to Ramone and his partner.

Installation by Best Buy was excellent. Much better experience than I’ve had with big box hardware stores. Still experimenting with smart features but so far very satisfied with the product. Cleaning the glass top is much easier than the reviews I’ve read.

Inconvenient. We were also unable to get the water accessed like we were informed we could, waiting on $130.00 credit to card for this. Disappointing and inconvenient.

I love that it's black on top as well. I was slightly nervous just buying in the store from a computer (they did not have a model available to show) but glad I did!

Out with the old and in with the new. It works great. The drawer in the bottom is smaller but it is probably due to the Air Fry option. Worth considering if you need a range. Check Best Buy first.
