Loving the new stove, the air fry was a nice addition to have in place of our countertop air fryer.

The stove top doesn’t clean properly. From the first time it was used the pot boiled over a bit and I followed the instructions for cleaning and it didn’t clean. I wish I had taken it back then because it got worse.

So far we really like the range we have had no issues

I gave it four stars because one of the elements went out the second day I had it. I leased to own which made getting service for it a nightmare and needed my financier to give approval as they are the technical owner until you pay it off. So three months later, minus one burner I paid it off and experienced the Samsung customer service which went above and beyond and got me scheduled within the week to get repairs. Got some upgraded parts because it was a common issue I had to e wait and extra week to order the newer part number which fixed some grounding issues. Great Air fryer life changer. Water takes its sweet time getting to a boil so stay awhile.

This range is getting 5 stars because I am impressed with all the features for the price. It was delivered and installed plus old range was hauled off.

I really love my new range! Unfortunately, I’m going to have to learn to cook all over again since the burners are much more sensitive than my 10+ year old range! I believe I have actually mastered the air fryer in the oven and this past week. I didn’t burn as many dinners as I previously had. I would recommend this range!

Excellent appliance, easy to use and very efficient.

Heats up fast compared to our old electric stove. Love the oven as well, especially with the convection and self clean

Beautiful range & oven! Only need a PHD to figure out how to use it. So far so good though. Tried the Air fryer, food comes out unbelievable. Workings on getting hooked up with my Google Home so I can just talk to it. It should give me many years of use.

I have only had the range for 1-month, but so far it seems to be working well.

Samsung srove is great. Wonderful features. Great to cook.on...it has,replaced some of our fried cookers. Thank a.lot for such a great appliance.

Updating an electric range (11 yrs old) that had circular rings makes for this range a gem. I like the even cooking and baking that it does. My only concern is that there were mineral bubbles that occurred in the cooktop after using pots that apparently hold excessive heat that will cause mineral bubbles in the glass. These include iron pans and aged enamel coated stainless steel pots. Easy correction with baking soda and white vinegar cleaning per manual (downloaded) direction. I haven't yet tried the No-Preheat Air Fry yet either (I have a separate air fryer) but looking forward to it. I haven't used the WiFi feature and not sure that I will ever. Overall I'm glad I made the purchase.

Love the look and feel of the new range. Heats up quickly and had all the features we were looking for in a range. Decided to go with Samsung to match the OTR microwave we purchased at Best Buy. Price was lowered a couple days after we bought it and Best Buy matched the lower price.

Beautiful. Works wonderfully. Have not used the convection option yet, but I hear from multiple people it’s amazing.

Oven went out right before Thanksgiving and we were hosting. This was an improvement over what we had and we love the air fry and convection cooking features. Very easy to learn and use the new features. Range eyes heat up quickly and big roomy oven. Very happy with our purchase.

There was a small scratch on the cetamic top. And the warmer did not seen to be getting warm enough. Best Buy was very good, delivered, exchanged the range and everytjing works very well.e

Good price for the unit. The metal on the front is easily dinged and the metal on top is easy to scratch. Glass top gets dirty easy so make sure you have glass top cleaner to ensure it looks as good as it did they day you installed.

The stove does what it is supposed to do 3stars. Lack of documentation provided with unit necessitating down load from web 0 stars. Therefore 5+0=5 divided by 2 = 2.5 round up to a 3

This is a very nice stove. Solidly built & works really well at a really good price for all its functionality.

Enormous oven! Wish the stovetop had a lip, and was easier to keep clean, though. Everything else is wonderful
