I had an older electric range that was failing to cook food evenly and was outdated. After months researching, comparing features that I needed and waiting for sales, I purchased this unit and have been pleased with its performance. Its so easy to use, the air fryer feature is a time and space saver. Thanksgiving was a breeze! I recommend testing your recipe time and temps and adjust as necessary. My unit did not come with the air fryer basket, so be prepared to purchase one online. Overall, I love it!

I love this stove. It's easy to use and has several functions, such as two front elements that can be set to cook with single or double heating coils. The back center warming station is great to use when cooking a larger dinner to keep gravies, sauces, as well as food warm. Also, it's good for keeping food warm for a family member who is late to the table. The number of rack positions gives you plenty of height choices for different recipes. The LCD screen uses large numbers that are bright enough to be easily seen. The ready tones and baking time completion tones are loud enough to be heard if you are in another room, but the tones are pleasant, not irritating single beeps you may experience with other brands. The oven cooks evenly whether using regular bake or convection bake or convection roast. If you have children, you will appreciate the lock mechanism. Just press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds, and the oven does the rest. The door is auto locked as well as the control board. Lastly, the app connected features are great. You can see whether the oven or stove top is active, how much time is left when baking, receive alerts when the stovetop is turned on, and setting the oven temp and cooking time when you need the oven warmed and ready when youveeturn home from wirk or running errands, and you can reset the clock after a power outage. If you've been looking at this Samsung oven, stop looking and make the purchase. I'm sure you will be pleased. It has plenty of features to make cooking convenient and safe, but not so many to cause one anxiety trying to figure them all out.

I've been using my new electric range for a month now and I'm really pleased with its performance. It heats evenly, cooks quickly, and looks sleek in my kitchen. The only thing to keep in mind is that the surface needs to be cleaned after each use to maintain its appearance—but that's a small trade-off for such a great appliance!

Pretty good with some annoyances. The burners work great. The oven works great, and the convection is very good. I can cook 4 pizzas in this oven at once. Evenly. That's pretty great. The air fry feature...i guess it works. The range doesn't come with any sort of tray, but any larger wire grid thing will do. Put the first rack in the lowest position, and the second one on the third position. The grid/food goes on the top one, and you'll want to put a big sheet pan below on the bottom rack to catch drips. It reheats that pizza pretty well. I may be mistaken, but the only way I can do some things. e.g. set the clock, is via wifi and the accompanying application. That is annoying. However, the most annoying thing about this range is the noise it makes. When preheat is done or the timer ends, this range plays a nasty little nautical-like tune, and I really have grown to hate it. I wish you could change the tone via tha fancy wifi management app. You CAN mute the oven, which I'd like to do, but then the timer wouldn't alert us, and my better half has made it clear this is not okay. One other slight annoyance is you have to hold the timer button for 3 seconds in order to cancel it. Pressing the cancel button only affects the oven, not the timer. 3 seconds feels like an eternity sometimes. So, the important stuff works well. There are some annoyances but I can reluctantly live with them.

So nice! 4 stars only because I've not had it that long and, yes, the top scratches VERY easily - much more so that my old beater range. I had expected this and sure enough, despite being careful, it scratched my first time or two using it. I know I can polish it out, though. Preemtively knowing this I purchased a Burner Buddy (omg$$$) for the top and just consider that part of its cost. I LOVE this range - it's so dang nice! Oven stays evenly at temp and holds well. I learned the burners are heating my cookware even when the burners aren't red! I didn't know that (my old one cycled on and off red=heating, not = not) and at first was disappointed I had to turn the burners up so high - not true, as I found out. I learned to use the buttons with distinctive press & release (not just quick, and no pushing hard needed) - and sometimes the length of the button presses matters: when the oven is on and you want to turn off the regular timer you've set, the button press TIME needs to be short to turn off the timer; if you press the timer button for a normally long time (1 sec) as when setting it, that will also turn off the oven (if that makes sense). Point being, normally the button presses need to be like a second long, except in that case - just takes some practice. My only complaint so far is the stupid easily scratching top - if you are concerned and want this anyway, consider a Burner Buddy which is on the costly side, but an investment in your new range. I've never had anything this nice (I cook a lot) so to me, it's worth the investment. Hope this helps. r-

We just switched from a natural gas stove to this model and we are really impressed with how the top heats up quickly and the oven is amazing. We were worried that it was going to be like the first glass top stove we had that had problems with the burners never getting hot fast enough to boil water quickly or evenly. Night and day difference. Also, the air fry feature is amazing, just remember to order or buy the pan when you get the oven. So much better then the counter top versions

First, I am very frustrated with markings on the stove top. We don't even use high heat unless boiling water and only own the recommended cookware, so I do not understand why there is what look like bubbles and scratch marks under the glass. I ended up returning the first one, as the bubble marks looked really bad. The second one it not as noticeable but still there. That said, I LOVE the rest of the stove and features. I wanted one that dehydrated and this one does bread proofing as well. The oven takes a bit to heat up but not super long. It cooks well and evenly. I am super happy with the oven and the ovens features. I like the warming feature on the range, but the markings really take away from the look and quality of this stove. The SmartThings app is great but there are a few things I am not happy about there too. 1) you can't actually pre-heat without touching the stove. You can set it on on the app, but need to touch the start button on the stove. 2) you can't turn on the oven light without either the app or opening the door. That seems very silly to use an app to turn on the oven light when it would be far easier to just push a button. I typically just open the door to look but that removes heat from the oven, which is ineffective, but I am not attached to my phone.

I have never had a problem with Samsung. The product is as described and works wonderfully thus far. I have not learned all the many features yet, but I can say the Air Fryer and Baking is wonderful and it is quiet! The stove top is a bit delicate compared to 10 years ago, but I clean it after I cook and have no problems. I would recommend this to all my clients and already have! The price that Best Buy offers, along with the opportunity to purchase the protection, makes me, as a person who does not eat out very happy. Thank you for continuing to make great products!

We were updating our kitchen and so decided to replace our bisque stove with a beautiful new stainless Samsung. It is a lovely piece of equipment that works great and also looks great. Best Buy had it for a decent deal and has an awesome warranty. We will next be looking to update the refrigerator and will once again shop with Best Buy Because of the good sales and the amazing warranties.

Samsung NE63A6511SS/AA Smart Freestanding Electric Range ordered online and picked up and installed on November 15, 2024. The range is an excellent product but the workmanship on the terminal block and loose sheet metal parts exposes the lack of workmanship at the factory. Had to purchase a tap and tap the threads on the electrical terminal block to securely fasten the power cord to the terminal block. Sheet metal parts loose on back and underside of range because sheet metal screws were midding.

Easy peasy with a touch of your fingertips.. You want an Air fryer? Guess what?? Yes, it has an awesome air fryer. The conventional oven is fantastic too. You can set it with the timer and shut off the oven at the end of your timer. You want MORE?? With its Bluetooth capabilities your Roast, Turkey, Lamb won’t scortch or burn. Your out shopping and your timer goes off, shut off your oven via Bluetooth. It is big inside this oven-Self cleaning no more scrubbing after big dinner parties ..5 star all the way the only thing better than this, is a Chef behind it! Emrile might not be available.. So buy your Man an apron and a Chef hat and you’ll have it all :)

Upgraded stove to match rest of appliances and turning it into a smart house. Looks so good/sleek/clean. Has so many functions built in. Air fry/dehydrate and rapid cook/boil. Went to work and geek squad delivered and set up❤️ Now it is more Exciting to bake or air fry more often, straight from Phone while taking a bath!!

This is our second purchase. The first ine was for our new condo, this was for my in laws base on our experience with it. Easy to use, clean and cook with it. Cooks like a champ says my wife all the time.

I like it overall the oven is excellent and cooks all my food evenly. The features of the wifi and Air Fry it is really convenient. The only thing I will recommend to improve is the glass top, it scratched easily and is a little challenging to clean.
