Oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Looks great. I wish it had another larger "burner" instead of 3 small and 1 large. Easy to accidentally turn off the oven by bumping the touch pad. Delivered in the box but several dents and damaged spots. Thankfully they were all on the sides and rear.

As they have gone out we sinply upgrade to a better quality appliance. So far this has been solid. All the features than we need. Induction is quick. Easy to clean and brings a more modern feel to the kitchen.

Oven has so many options...air fry, dehydrate, built in probe...and yesterday I preheated it from 10 miles away so it was ready when I got home!! Iteracts seamlessly with my Google home. Great Product from Samsung!!

This samsung unit has some electronics i was concerned about but its nice to watch the preheat temp climb and get notified on my phone when the oven is ready.

When the two knobs are accidentally touched, the burner will light up and cause a small fire, igniting the cover on the stove. After contacting Samsung since Nov 24, and having the stove delivered Feb 24, I've been ignored and lied to. Don't buy this stove if you've got small kids or elderly parents. Since they haven't honored the first warranty and the additional three years I bought, I'm going to contact my local attorney. For a loyal customer to go through something like this is beyond egregious and dangerous.

So many benefits of using induction: safety, low energy consumption, just cool look overall. Shame that I had to exchange it for a gas range, same Samsung brand, really cool too.

The racks are a little hard to move in and out and change position.

It's a stove , not a smartphone - should not require manual to find regular stuff. Also clock disappeareds after a short time and you need to press button to see it again. Why?! About serial number number that's required by Samsung to get promised free stuff and tech support - it took me number of sessions with tech support and email to CEO to finally get the answer where to find it. Even best buy appliance sales person couldn't find it as it's in such awkward place to see. At the end I found it but had to make picture of it, after few tries, to actually get it. Why make such a hassle for what to be as simple as turning the light on?!

First time trying Induction, so far happy with the purchase. It boils water extremelly fast, and I can see an improvement on cooking speed. Still need to try the oven. Delivery team was fantastic !

Based on others comments I was surprised by having a normal bake option along with the convection bake. Performs as it should and well worth the pruchase price. I have always been a Kitchen Aid fan but this is a win for me
