Beautiful stove love the look. Works great heats water fast and oven cooks even. The problem is the top has a blemish. Im gonna contact best buy to see what they can do.

It arrived damaged and had to go back. I’ll let you know when we get it delivered how well we like it or not.

This is a beautiful range with a bunch of features, some of which we haven't used. But here's our experience for what we have used: Pros: * Nice to have the split oven. We've used the top and bottom a few times to cook multiple things at different temps. * Heats up a medium size pot of water in 2 minutes. It's so nice! * Storage drawer under the oven is large enough to fit the oven divider. * Burners automatically shut off if there's nothing on them * Air fry doesn't require pre-heating * Love the design, lights, and control panel * Easy to clean so far Cons: * Only 1 large burner. It would be nice to have 2 as we often have 2 frying pans going at the same time. * Air fry is only with the divider removed so you have to heat the whole oven and can't cook anything else. * The air fry basket does not slide in like a rack. Per the instructions, you have to put it directly on a rack, and then put a baking sheet on a rack below it to catch any drippings. So when you're done, you have to hand-clean the air-fry basket, the rack it was sitting on, and the baking sheet. * The weaved metal of the air fry basket is thin and flat, and creates razor-like edges throughout. I've cut my finger a couple times holding it while cleaning it. Be very careful! * Shows grease and streaks on the burner surface. * Wifi notifications are either on or off. For us, it would be nice to turn off the "pre-heated" notification and leave on the "timer's done" notification. * Timer song is a little high-pitched for my taste. Wish it could be customized through the app.

Most other reviews already nail all the positives, which are: - Induction is crazy fast to heat the range - It's a very good looking appliance - The blue lights that simulate a flame are nice to have - The splitting of the oven is really simple - The mobile features for the oven are very handy and responsive - There is a built-in temperature probe There are a few cons, most very minor: - The exhaust panel rattles for me - The price is pretty high for what you get. I'm not sure the benefits equate to the value. - I wish I could use the air fry while in split mode. - The air fryer supposedly works without preheating, but I struggle to get things crispy even when preheated.

This is an excellent choice for an induction range. Boils ultra quickly. Large cooktop wattage specs tops other induction ranges. The split oven is also a great feature. Have not used it to bake two items yet but can't wait for the opportunity. Lighted knobs makes it easy to see which burners are on. The virtual blue flame on the large burner is an added cool factor to this already awesome range. If I were asked what needs improvement: The arrangements of the 4 burners. They are staggered and the knobs do not follow the conventional placement. Small burners are crowded together and not able to put 2 large pots or pans centered in them. I thought the large burner was defective when I first turned it on as the cookware did not get hot and shut off after a minute. Come to find out I turned the wrong knob. Other than that, it's a joy to use this range. Worth the extra money for this long term investment. For me at least.

Induction is lightning quick to boil water and cook. So much more intuitive with dial settings on how to cook appropriately- no more guessing where simmer is. Dual oven is very quick. With split - the convection top oven heats up in minutes. Overall it is exceptional!

For a range at this price, it should be better, but I am satisfied. I wanted knobs instead of controls on the surface, since surface controls are easily touched by accident. However, knobs require a lot more cleaning. The dual-oven turns out to be less useful than expected. Unfortunately, when using only half of the oven, Air Fry and other settings are not applicable. So we mostly use the full oven. The range has chimes that play when it reaches temperature, the timer is up, etc. Unfortunately, the chimes are really annoying and can't be changed. The worst feature is the so-called "Smart Things", which is not only very difficult to connect to Wifi, but is practically useless. I thought for sure there would be more options, but it offers almost nothing. As for performance, it meets expectations. Induction cooktops are the best, and so is convection for the oven. These are the main reasons why I chose this range. I purchased this in Feb 2022 and the wait to receive it was about nine months. After the delivery driver left, I noticed a huge dent in the frame on the back side. I couldn't tolerate having to wait to receive a replacement, but I should have called Best Buy to get a credit for the damage. Since I didn't know better, I probably lost a few hundred dollars in compensation. I am really worried about breaking the glass top, and hope that if it happens it won't be a nightmare or huge expense to get a replacement. I would recommend this for the performance, but not for the price - it is way too expensive.

So far I love this oven. I give it 5 stars for how very quick it heats up. It has so many features I have barely touched upon them. It’s only been in use for a few days as we had to order new induction ready cookware and wait for it to come in. The manual is not as descriptive as I had hoped and for that I give it 3 stars. I’ve had to call Samsung and set up a service call which I am still waiting for because only 1 of the burners is showing virtual flame and no where in the manual does it give explanation or troubleshooting doe this issue. The burners heat up fine but do not show that they are working. I don’t know if this is a defect or what. I set my appointment up for today and then received an email last night NYT said they were CJ anting my appointment to Monday. Annoying since they did not call and ask if that would work. Then today I received another email stating that they will be late Monday. Again no call to ask if I was available. I find this strange and wonder if they will even show. I’ll have to update this once they’ve come. So 3 stars for manual and customer service but 5 stars for the oven itself if you have to learn a new device. It is a lot.

Perfect fast crispy results with little to no oil. It also features Touch controls with a smart dial. The dial is genius. With a simple right or left scroll you can Navigate your oven with ease.. Then simply push in the knobe to enter your selection. Paired with the Beautiful Blue lit Range knobs. And the unique virtual flame that mimics a gas flame on your main burner. Makes it gorgeous and easy to use. Bottom line it is the best Range I have ever owned and believe me when I say I've spent way more and they didn't even come close. This range is amazing. It heats quicker, is easy to use, and I believe is better overall than the gas range I had in my old house. My wife and I are VERY VERY HAPPY!!!!

We are thoroughly enjoying our new range. We chose induction because our new house does not have natural gas, and my wife, who is an accomplished chef, does not consider a traditional electric range to be adequate. She had significant apprehensions about induction. However, they have proven unfounded, and she is not a full convert. The range heats quickly. It is very sensitive and responsive in terms of changing and moderating temperatures. We have not yet had the opportunity to test all of the different features of the oven. However, it works very well, and we enjoy having the dual option. In short, we are very pleased with the purchase and recommend this range to others.

There is so much to like about this stove, the split oven option, air fryer and my favorite, the phone notifications to let you know when preheat is done, cooking time finished and so much more! It did take 5 months for delivery and this was disappointing as our first delivery date was not long after we bought it in December 2021 then got moved until May (with no warning) but I would say the wait was worth it, I just wish someone had notified us that they wouldn’t be able to make it on the delivery date.

works great and boils water in 90sec. was going to say its hard to see in it but looks like one of the two lights is out in it. hopefully just a bulb; however, only had a couple of weeks and don't think the light has ever worked.

It is so easy to clean. It boils water faster than a microwave. It provides a steady and perfect control of heat. I like the power boost mode to heat up things quickly. It makes cooking much more fun. I love the double ovens and the air fryer. I like that I can monitor it via the app.

I love the induction cooktop although it seems a bit awkward when using all 4 burners. The ovens have proven to require a degree. Very confusing, the manual is NOT helpful but since I hate cooking on gas, I rather deal with these issues. Besides, Samsung has always proven to be trustworthy

The oven functions are a bit different and need some getting used to. The front controls make it too easy to turn on the oven. Wish it was less sensitive. The appearance is very sleek and nice. I truly do like the induction feature. I am happy with my purchase.
