    The upper oven seems to cook the top too quickly. I had a split oven with dual elements I liked better. The induction on top isn't as strong as others I've tried.

    Replaced 10 year old Chef's Collection Flex Duo Induction Range. Love the double doors that are on the new range. Wish that the glass top extended to cover the gap in our counter, had to purchase an expensive trim kit to finish off this range

    I was really excited for my new range. It has not worked since it was delivered. Error codes and repair attempts that have resulted in $2400 spent on a modern range that is useless. Working with Samsung now on a resolution as best buy does not give you enough time to use range/attempt repair and still get a replacement. Don't buy, and if you do remember that any red flags you should initiate return to best buy immediately.

    Inconsistent cooking. Burns the outside and leaves the inside cold. Needs improvement to be this expensive. The oven it replaced worked better.

    This range really makes a big difference when it come to cooking food. So much control of the heat. Also, the flex oven really provides more options for cooking.

    So far, we are not happy with this unit. The cooktop settings do not maintain their temp- example: making pancakes I set the dial to 5- the pancakes cook well at first, sizzling as they should. By the second or third batch, they are not sizzling, and taking 4x as long to cook. The oven has a similar issue- example: we preheat to 350 and then decide to crank it up to 400. When we set the new temp at 400, the readout will display the "true" temp inside the oven at 315-330- so while we thought it was preheated to 350, it simply did not maintain that temp. We had geek squad out to repair it and they replaced some circuitboard- but the problem has never gotten any better. Simply does not perform the basic functions it is meant to perform.

    Regret Buying Samsung. Oven turns on by itself.

    Great oven, except it's malfunctioning from the start. This oven turns on randomly, and will be warm (about 125 degrees F) after not being used for several days. It's done this about a dozen times, and the only way to get it to turn off is to unplug it. We have had samsung service come out and work on it twice. The first time they replaced all the control electronics, and the second time, they told us to 'just turn the oven off'. Totally terrible customer service, and they couldn't seem to wrap their brains around the fact that there is an obvious software bug causing this problem. They didn't even diagnose the problem correctly. This will be the last samsung product I'll be buying. Hopefully somebody from Best Buy can read this review, and help me.

    Enamel is peeling after only 2 years of normal use! Never cooked super well, but we lived with it. The enamel shouldn't be peeling after only 2 years of use. Warranty is only a year. The induction top worked well and we liked that feature alot.

    I haven’t gotten to use it, but 3 times since it got installed, due to the flu. But, the times I’ve used it, I love it!! I am totally a “gas girl”, but read about induction stoves, and thought I’d try it. So far, I am sooo glad I did! It boiled 3 cups of water in under 90 seconds!! Plus, it’s a greener energy.

    Thought I thought that I had ordered full installation service, I had to unpack and install myself - range was damaged on the rear of the unit (rear panel pushed in) - I had to remove the rear of the oven and bang the metal back into shape with a rubber mallet - pictures were taken by the delivery driver

    Just received the Samsumg Induction range. I'm impressed how quickly it boiled water. I had a little trouble finding the range serial number, but I finally figured it out. So far I'm happy with the delivery and installation from Best Buy. Since it's new I'll probably update my review in the future.
