It is a beautiful range, haven't quite got the hang of the griddle on top, heats up very hot even on low. Foods are sticking to it so not sure what I am doing wrong. Thought I could use the air-fry function in the top small oven only, but that is not how it works, you have to take the center divider out to air fry. Also do not know the difference between air-frying and confection cooking but overall I am happy learing all the functions.

A great range and the air fryer is awesome. Is up so fast and the microwave is great as well. Can’t wait to get the matching refrigerator. Just wish I knew that the fee to add the electric plug was $150 because the hardwire was already there.

So far so good, haven’t used it a lot yet but what we have done was great. The double oven and air fry option work super!

I love it I have not used yet but I will be doing lots of cooking.

Great oven! Happy with purchase. Love that you can cook 2 different things at the same time. Only warning is that when you use it as an air fryer make sure you put a pan under the rack so that it drips onto a pan and not directly onto oven floor. But make sure it’s a pan that’s cheap or that you don’t care for.

LOVE this range! The double open is so convenient and heats up SO quickly!

Great stove for the money. It was alittle hard to figure how all the features worked but after you tubing it made it a super easy. Best purchased i made from best buy in years.

My mom loves the range she uses it everyday to make food that she sells. She couldn't love more the functionality and practicality of the features, so thank you.

this is an awesome stove.!! having the ability to just use a small section instead of the whole oven is great, and having the griddle on the stove top is also great for the weekend breakfast. A++++ product!

All the features you could ask for at a reasonable price. What's not to like? Intuitive interface, nice app, storage underneath, three level burner, air fryer, dual oven and griddle. Everything I wanted.

They don’t tell you that the cord for electric ranges are not part of the appliance. It’s separate! Otherwise I would give it a 5!

I purchased this range from best buy about 2 years ago and the range had been ok. The ranges dual oven works good but had always ran at different tempuratures. The top oven cooks hotter, but it was manageable. Last month the main inside burner on the front right side stopped working. I called bust buy geek squad and setup a repair as i purchased a 5 year warranty. They setup the repair with Sears, who purchased random parts without coming to my house. This was all done on April 16th 2025. Since then one of the parts has been on backorder and Sears is unwilling to come to the house and replace the rest of the components until all of the components are at my house. Mind you, no technician has even stepped foot in my house yet. I want to share with you what the escalation team sent me yesterday. "Hello Thomas, thank you for letting us know about the issue with your repair. I’m sorry to hear this repair has not gone to plan, I understand how frustrating this situation has been. As Sears has you scheduled for 05/22 between 8 AM and 5 PM, it’s considered an imminent repair. We are not able to offer an alternative solution when repair is imminent, if they do not complete the repair then, please reply back to let us know and we'd be happy to look into any alternate solutions instead of waiting longer on them to receive the parts they seem to have been having issues receiving. Sincerely, Aaron O. AIG" This was sent to me yesterday. Today sears rescheduled my appointment yet again to may 6th. This is the fifth time Sears has done this to me. I would highly recommend buying a better brand, with a better company, one who actually cares about their customers.

This stove is amazing, i haven't fully put it to use but the stovetop heats up really fast, it's easy to clean and it just looks so sleek. I am more than satisfied with this purchase!...I can't wait to get into full cook mode!!...this stove is outstanding!!

Excellet stove. Has a lot of added features I'm really enjoying and is saving space in my kitchen by not having extra appliances.

I love this oven. The fast boil function is amazing! I have made wonderful things using the air fryer and dehydrator functions. My old oven just does not compare. I feel I entered into a new era of food preparation.

Perfect stove love the fact I can choose upper lower or whole oven and the griddle that comes with it is fire my daughter loves cooking on it
