I miss my gas stove but don’t have a gas line so I had to get an electric model and love the features.

I love my oven. I am finally able to cook different dishes at different temperatures. I was also able to get rid of my counter air fryer and use the one inside the oven.

Showed up on time, very professional, did a great job.

I love this stove!!!! It makes it easy for me to cook multiple things on different settings.

I love this stove! Due to circumstances I havent been able to use the air fryer yet but I'm excited about having it. Having a double oven is awesome! It bakes much faster than my old stove. The ceramic stove top is so great to cook on. The "keep warm" feature is so nice to have.

Where do I start? I love my new stove! The flex dual oven is my favorite option that allows me to prepare multiple dishes at two different temperatures. We also freed up counter space by getting rid of our old air fryer because this stove does it all! You won't be disappointed.

Glass top, it scratched easily ,Removable Nonstick Griddle look bad after one used. The paint/coating on the griddle chipped off even with hand washing. The griddle is also slick on the bottom so it slides when being used. This range is perfect when you have larger meals to prepare. I have only used the top oven so far. It worked well but I had to adjust the time baked The fact that you cannot open the lower oven door without the top oven also be opened did not occur to me until I went to use it. I have to figured out how to cook without the air fryer. I would like I’ve a full instruction book. The panel is hard to see because it is a black appliance and it needs a backlight on the panel to be able to more easily see the buttons

There is a bit of a learning curve with the two ovens, and the convection vs. roast setting. But once you gain familiarity it's a really efficient oven, heating up quickly, holding temperature well, and consistently produces both roasted food and baked goods.

A great range and the air fryer is awesome. Is up so fast and the microwave is great as well. Can’t wait to get the matching refrigerator. Just wish I knew that the fee to add the electric plug was $150 because the hardwire was already there.

This is truly a terribly designed product. I bought it because I have a small kitchen and I love to cook, so I was attracted to the double oven feature as well as the air fryer option. However, none of the reasons I initially purchased this actually work efficiently or are remotely rationally designed. The air fryer function only works when you remove the oven divider (which is cumbersome). So it's not like you can pop your morning breakfast muffin in the air fryer and go about your day -- you have to find a large clean suface to set the oven divider on and then put it back?? Not convenient. Additionally, if you're using the double oven feature, both of your dishes are going to burn if cooking to your normal recipes' bake times. The heating elements are too close to the racks, so you have to keep an eye on them. Again, not convenient especially if you're say...hosting Thanksgiving and that's why you chose this oven to start with. Lastly, the buttons on the range hardly recognize touch. Both when the oven(s) preheat and when the timers go off it plays the longest, most obnoxious song as you're continually having to push the buttons that won't recognize you're pushing them. I truly love to cook. It's one of my great passions, but the sound of this oven have the shrill effect of a screaming baby. I really wish I saved myself the money (and the hassle) and bought a base-model. I tried to exchange it, but was mistaken on the return window as I'm merely a Best Buy Citi Card Holder and not whatever membership I actually needed according to the customer service representative that said there was nothing she could do for me. Not only will this turn me off of Samsung appliances, but of using my Best Buy credit card in the future. Another lesson in "simplest is best."

So far so good, haven’t used it a lot yet but what we have done was great. The double oven and air fry option work super!

It is a beautiful range, haven't quite got the hang of the griddle on top, heats up very hot even on low. Foods are sticking to it so not sure what I am doing wrong. Thought I could use the air-fry function in the top small oven only, but that is not how it works, you have to take the center divider out to air fry. Also do not know the difference between air-frying and confection cooking but overall I am happy learing all the functions.

Great oven! Happy with purchase. Love that you can cook 2 different things at the same time. Only warning is that when you use it as an air fryer make sure you put a pan under the rack so that it drips onto a pan and not directly onto oven floor. But make sure it’s a pan that’s cheap or that you don’t care for.

Great product! Crappy service, When I scheduled the delivery everything was to come on the 1st of July . Best Buy calls and asks to move some of the deliveries up .. I say okay but they all still have to be in stalled as planed .. well the 21 come and the Delivery guys say they cannot install and are Going to add the dishwasher and microwave on to the delivery on the 23th .. um ok .. ( so that the items can be installed, the guys on the 21 are not authorized to install) .. come the 23rd we get a call and they Are on their way .. outside of the delivery time and oh … they have no idea where the microwave is but have a dishwasher and range… um okay They get here and cut The line and flood My kitchen … oh wait also they are not skilled with they type of plumbing we have .. interesting as we rush to shut the water off …. Oh wait … wrong dishwasher … they picked up the wrong dishwasher… Okay put the stove in.. let me look to make sure it is the right one… okay good, where is the new plug I requested and paid For … oh it is not on their list of stuff … so no new plug ? Really So at this point .. no. Water … no stove . No microwave … washing towels from flood…. Call Best Buy … They say oh we are sorry, we will get you the right dishwasher Refund the install of the dishwasher…. Oh the plug for the stove is with the original delivery that comes on the 1st with the fridge . We can complete the install then or send someone out but have to check their schedule. Okay we went and fixed Our plumbing to the dishwasher that is now coming on the first with with microwave we ordered and the refrigerator on the 1st. Bought the new plug for the the stove so we could cook…. I am sure I missed something .. but can add more on the 1st after the remaining items. ( we hope they show up and sre Correct)

I love it I have not used yet but I will be doing lots of cooking.

Great stove for the money. It was alittle hard to figure how all the features worked but after you tubing it made it a super easy. Best purchased i made from best buy in years.
