    Material was delivered and installed without the tip plate. When I called for support to meet the deadline for new construction I gave explicit directions for the part not to be delivered then held on hold from support who could not help then hung up

    I was excited to get a double oven without having to install two ovens! I do wish you could have made the control panel a little brighter. Also, the ability to turn off or change the song that plays when the oven preheats and timer goes off would be a great touch.

    This oven works better than i expected it too. Because its not a traditional dpuble oven, it was cheaper. But, it has the ability to function as a double oven, which i love. This has been a great purchase so far.
