This stove is a very good looking appliance. We did have an issue with it but Best Buy support was excellent. They made one visit in an attempt to fix but replaced the unit without any fuss.

I had such high hopes for this oven and I’m just not a fan. The duo flex is not great. If you bake in the full oven it bakes fine, if you bake in the small ovens it tends to burn very quickly and you have to carefully adjust times/temps. I’m going to be calling service today bacause I believe my stove tops is faulty (after having for less than 2 months, and when I have the oven on, the stove top goes on only high temp and burns everything. I had a flat top Samsung prior to this and the top seemed easier to keep clean, this one already has spots I’m unable to get off and I clean after each use.

I love the many options to cook with. The double oven option is easy to use. The look of it is beautiful.

I love the double oven feature, i believe this is the only model with the buttons st the back (child safe). Stove tops are great & the skillet top is perfect for cooking.

Stove looks beautiful and seems to operate perfectly. Delivery staff were on time, courteous and very helpful. I just wish that the stove had come with a user’s manual.

We love this oven! You have the option to use only 1 part of the oven and it heats up super quick!

I love the new stove. The flexibility of having two ovens only when i need it has been great.

This stove has been so helpful when preparing large dinners. You won't regret buying this stove.

So far no complaints. Have yet to try all of the features. I like the versatility of being able to use this as a double oven or as a regular oven based on my needs.

Great service and product. Installation went smoothly. The dishwasher is efficient and super quiet. Eric and KD did a great job installing the unit. Store salesman was knowledgeable and helpful.

The stovetop has 2 burners that are 7.5 inches, 1that is 6 inches, and one large burner. I often need two burners that will accommodate 10 inch pans so this stovetop is very inconvenient. Also, the burner knobs are counter-intuitive. On Every stove I have ever owned, the front right burner was controlled by the knob on the far right, etc. This stove is the opposite. Really cannot figure out why. We would not have bought this except it us the only double oven we could find where the oven could be converted to one big oven to cook a big turkey.

All the latest features. Looks great and easy to use. Doule oven that still has a drawer underneath....many don't.

Everything about this stove is great except the air fryer. Won’t be using that anymore. Our dual air fryer we have works a lot better.

Bought this after my electric stove started to have problems heating up. Looks great and works perfectly.

So far so good, had to replace a stripped screw under cooktop, but it was an open box deal.

Looks sleek and functions well. The oven doesn’t heat up the whole kitchen. Stove top heats up quickly.

I love it. You have the option to use the small oven and remove the middle part and you can use the big oven. I can connected to my phone.
