We had this range for over a year now. I like almost everything about it, it provides accurate heating and cooking experience, a great dual convection option, dual oven operation and very nice and flexible stove top burner placements and options. The smart app connectivity is wonderful- we left kids alone at home and knew that they started heating up the stove. Being able to see notifications on the phone while away from home gave us peace of mind.
One thing I'd improve is the burner knob operation - one some burners the knob seems to have trouble staying in the position that can provide constant heat with the highest temperature mode, instead it is operating at 95%.

After almost a year with the unit it's safe to say it's a perfect fit for our family.
Before we purchased we saw reviews that criticized the main top burner for being too slow to boil water and the ovens for burning pastries and muffins.
Both claims are ridiculous.
This range has 2 ovens. You can set it so that both ovens are convection ovens or just one while the other uses normal baking or you can remove the divider and use it as one huge oven that does either convection or normal baking.
When you use convection ovens you need to adjust the temps lower to account for the more efficient transfer of heat or, guess what..., you'll burn your food.
This range actually has a built in converter that you can enable that will automatically adjust the temps when you use convection cooking instead of regular baking (you can use both or either with this oven). The reason those reviewers were burning their muffins was because they did not adjust for the convection cooking. Our pastries and breads and muffins etc... have all come out great using less time and at a lower temp. We couldn't be happier.
As far as the water boiling complaint. I went to find those actual reviews and guess what, It took our stove 13 minutes to boil about 1.5 gal of water for about 3 pounds of pasta. Right in line with what the review said. According to the review the very fastest stove did it in a little bit under 10 min. Really?!? 3 minutes? A difference of 3 minutes was what they were complaining about? Please...
Our stove top is the best we have ever had and this is far from our first Glass Top Stove, This stove top has a griddle feature that amazing. You can select it to light up not just the front burner but also the space between the front and back burner. We have a lodge cast iron griddle that we use for eggs, omelets, pancakes, veggies, buns for hamburgers and hot dogs and to reheat biscuits. It works amazingly well and is fairly even all the way across the griddle. For us the best temp range is between 2-3 on both front and back burners. You probably don't want to do burgers, bacon or other meats on the griddle because of the grease spatter and smoke but all the other stuff works great using the back burner and front burner with the griddle setting. We recommend you buy a 20inch by 10.5 inch cast iron griddle if you're into using the griddle for stuff. The included griddle is ok-ish but not as good as a cast iron one. Cast iron may take 5 or 10 minutes to heat up but its worth it.
For burgers, bacon, steaks and other meats (not roasts or chicken or chops) the broiler is the best we have ever used. The broiler element is very wide and powerful. The downloadable manual has specifics for rack distance and broiler setting for many foods. We have broiled steaks, pork steaks, hamburgers, hotdogs, turkey burgers, fresh trout and bass fillets and ham steaks, This broiler rocks.
For beef roasts, pork roasts, pork chops, chicken parts (thighs, legs, breasts and chicken quarters), and whole chickens or turkeys we use the regular baking settings. We tried the convection settings for big things like roasts but they come out better when we use the regular baking settings.
This is not your fathers electric range. This range is really good at just being a range but if you're interested in some of the more advanced features they really pay off.
Download the online manual at the Samsung website and take a few minutes to read it. We were amazed and you might be too. There is a small learning curve when you start to use the convection ovens but convection baking, once you get the hang of it, is great. If you're not into the bells and whistles this range does regular baking great right out of the box.

Me and the wife are very pleased with our new range. My Wife really likes the double oven. I like the fact that it comes with a griddle and air fry basket. It heats up fast, so you don’t have to set the temperature very high. We did have to read the manual to operate the double oven, but otherwise it was very simple. We did not connect it to the internet, but we do it later. If you’re looking for a new range. You might want to check this one out.

Love, love the updated stove. I had an older model but this one is great. Plenty of room in both halves and the air fryer is a nice touch.

This is my second stove with double oven and I think they are great. I can cook multiple items simultaneously which saves time preparing meals. I like how the stove enhances my kitchen. The options on this oven are very useful and save me time in the kitchen. I really enjoy cooking on this Samsung Double Oven. Holiday meals are breeze now that I can cook multiple items. This eliminates the stress of preparing meals.

I've owned this oven for over a week and we've been using each feature to test it out. So far everything works fine. There are things to know before buying though. When you use this as a double oven there is very little height in each oven. You won't be getting a large turkey in either oven for Thanksgiving for example. The lower oven is the smallest of the 2 with about 6" of space from rack to bottom of divider to place something. This is the biggest con with this oven. The top will be the larger of the 2 with about 6" of space, 7" if you're ok with the food being very close to the heating elements. There is only 1 set of heating elements at the top of the oven (the 2nd biggest con) so if you use this as a double oven there will be no heating elements in the bottom portion. It's also difficult to get things in and out of the top oven if you open only the top portion of the door. We just open the whole door to get things in and out of the top oven. Top oven is convection only. Bottom is convection or regular bake. Whole oven is convection or regular bake. You have to use the whole oven to air fry - so you have to remove the divider or the air fry won't turn on. Same thing for dehydrate, keep warm, & bread proof. We've had no problems with baking so far just keep an eye on your food as it bakes until you get used to how fast this cooks. It bakes things about 5 minutes faster than our old oven that was only 8 years old. Tin foil is your friend (over your food) with the top oven so you don't end up with food burned on the top since it's sitting so close to the heating element. There are some aesthetics I'm not crazy about. There are horizontal gaps in 3 locations of this oven. One is at the top under the control panel for venting. You can see right into the gap if you're sitting at an island for example looking at the oven. Not very sightly. There is a second gap right about the door (at the top). That appears to be for venting too, and a 3rd gap right above the small drawer at the bottom. Not sure why that gap is there. Each gap is about 1" high and spans the width of the oven. Just not very sightly & will probably be a pain to clean. It lost stars for me because of the unsightly gaps, because of the very short height in the bottom oven if I use it as a double oven & because you have to use the whole oven to use the air fry and dehydration features. Other than that I love the idea of being able to use it as a whole oven or a double oven. That feature is super easy to use - just remove the divider which slides in and out easily. It's functioning fine so far. We'll see how long the glass top can stay as beautiful as it was brand new. Wish it came with 3 oven racks inside instead of only 2 though since there's so much space if you use it as a whole oven. If they didn't put that tiny drawer in the bottom and used that space to make the lower oven bigger, that would have made this oven pretty awesome even out performing many of the more expensive dual ovens. For the way I cook, it's going to work fine for me but if you think you'll use the dual oven all the time & you'll be cooking some pretty big stuff in each oven, I'd probably go with one of the larger true dual ovens, it may be worth the extra money for you.

I can’t really review it as of today because I have only had it for a couple of days. I can say I love the looks, the features it has and the ease of use. Still need to figure out how to use convection oven though. The first try it didn’t go well, however the second time it worked great. Haven’t baked a cake yet. Once I master the convection baking I hopefully can update this review.
I really love to cook with it as well as the double oven. I had double oven before this one but not as great as this. It easily converts into a full oven (where baking function can be used instead of convection) by just removing the center insert. I absolutely love this feature.
I will rate this 5 stars because I know I can use the full oven baking function if convection takes me a while to learn.
The bridge which comes with right size griddle is great to make fast breakfasts.
I also love the air fry function. Removed my air fryer from countertop as I no longer need it now.
All in all I love this range and can highly recommend it as long as people are willing to learn to use convection.

Love this Oven - High Maintenance Glass burner top

I actually love this oven. The separator for two different cooking temps inside the oven is wonderful and the air fry made great curly fries. My only issue is that the glass burner top is very difficult to maintain (high maintenance) and to keep clean and if it were just me it wouldn't be a problem. My other half seems to have the ability to scuff mark + more that he just can't seem to avoid which leads to 20 minute cleaning and buffing the top by me daily. WONDERFUL STOVE - High maintenance burner cleaning

Very sleek and pretty. The double oven is great, and much needed in our household. Only drawback is that some features require the oven to operate as one oven (like air fry or warming features). But this is a very small problem. Very happy with this oven and excited that it will replace our countertop appliances like our griddle and air fryer.

This is the one, single to double oven with convection with light, does drying, air frying, broiling and has a steam clean feature for fast oven cleanings.
The stovetop (smooth) has a side that can be used with a griddle so the entire side heats up, not just the 2 elements. The right side elements have multiple rings for different size pots and pans, from the smallest to the stock pot, it fits them all and heats fast.
This is also a smart device that can be paired with your phone and wifi so you can preheat on the way home or know when its ready for use via an app. The price was on point for what you get plus the included accessories (griddle/air fry basket) are a nice plus.

I purchased this range for the dual oven feature. There is one oven dorr that will open just the top oven or open the full door for both ovens. If you have something in the bottom oven that you want to check, the top oven is opened at the same time. In order to use the air fryer function, you need to remove the divider for the dual oven. This air fryer is the most used feature so the divider is usually removed. Aside from the features, the stove experienced an issue with the control panel. The button from the oven light was not working and the ability to enter a specific temperature would only take the first 2 digits and not register the 3rd digit. Today was the 4th service appointment for the same issue. The control panel has been replaced 3 times. It will work after the repair for about a week and then the same problem will appear again. The service agent said that he will recommend the stove being replaced due to the repeated repairs for the same issue, but also stated his recommendation has been denied before. I am a Total Tech customer. The first 2 repairs were free. The 3rd repair cost $99 even though it was the same issue to the change in Total Tech to My Best Buy Total. I am very disappointed with this range and hopeful that it will be replaced as it is still under warranty.

Still pretty new and learning all it's features but so far, features are easy to use, appreciate the extra features like airfry and dehydrate; oven pre heats REALLY quickly, like how 1 burner has 3 heat settings and burner rings to efficiently accommodate sm., med and lg sized pans. Excited to try using both ovens simultaneously to cook 2 items at different temps. Nice that it also came with a griddle and air fryer basket. The door feels really solid and well made, nothing flimsy about this oven. With double oven you do lose a little bit of room with a smaller warming drawer below oven, but not a significant con for me.

I love that there are many features to this oven. We got back so much counter space due to the oven already having a dehydrator, and air fryer option. The griddle makes it fast and easy to whip breakfast in the morning up. We just wipe it clean and go. I also love the app tracking. It sends a notification to my devices when the timer goes off.
