Arrived defective

It’s too bad because our tenants have the same stove and it works great. Must just be a lemon.

Please have him pick up the unit and refund me , if he cant install and replace my existing dishwasher.

BestBuy updated it after I called to return the range. It has a giant 12” burner that is essentially useless. The dials are overly huge, making the whole thing look massive and overwhelming in the kitchen. I had pots makes for induction, but they still did not work. Maybe not the fault of the range, but it seems to be pickier than the induction range purchased by my friend (who loaned me the very pots that work on her range but not this one). Never tried the oven because I arranged to return it.
