Very good opción , I love my new stove, very easy to clean

Boils water faster than our gas stove. Works really well with the app too

I switched from gas to this induction stove recently, and I love it. It actually took less time for my food to be finished that with my previous unit. This was quite the surprise, as we're always told that gas is faster. This stove has some nice features, as well. Many, of which, I haven't had the time to try, yet. I doo like the option for preheating the oven remotely. As a single work from home dad, having the option to do this from the other side of the house while I'm working in the office is a nice option.

We loved this when we bought it--our only complaint for the first nine months was that it was difficult to get a gentle simmer. Then in mid-July it broke--blew while boiling one (1) pot of water. Since then, Samsung has ordered a local company out to diagnose, canceled our ticket days before they were coming back to do the repair; ordered a second company out to diagnose, canceled the ticket TWO DAYS before they were coming with parts to repair, and given us the run-around when we try to call to figure out what's going on. It is now mid-September and we do not have a working stove nor any idea when we will again. I have never, ever been treated so horribly by a company and will absolutely never buy anything from Samsung ever again. They have, several times, flat out lied to us and tried to blame the local companies for canceling tickets THEY control. They are terrible and their products don't work. Save yourself a massive headache and buy elsewhere. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Installers struggled a bit with the installation in an existing range space. The new range was roughly 1/8" wider than the prior 8 year old Jenn Air range. They left before completing the job and i completed the installation after grinding off 1/8" off the granite countertop opening.

This induction range is equal to the discontinued LG model I had hoped to purchase. It has one very large burner and three smaller ones but no “keep warm” burner. Its fan is quieter than the LG’s one and extremely efficient. It comes with two oven racks and an air fryer, the latter of which I have not used yet.

Love the airfryer option. Can cook fries and wings all at once.

I waited 5 months for this oven. It seems like a good oven however I did not know that most of my cooking pans would not work on this induction stove. That was disappointing but not a deal breaker

Stove is great but you may need to do thousands of dollars of electrical work to make it work for you! Need 40amp minimum for this to work and also need to seal gas

have nothing to review, but only one thing to say buying this from best buy is the worst experience ever they have canceled instalation 4 times. Its been 4 months they just moved back 7 weeks .thats why im rating iit bad rating is for BEST BUY not the range because for the ranch i wouldnt know i am still wating for it.

So far this has been a solid appliance. You may need to get some new pans - not all pans are induction-compatible - but this appliance looks great and performs well.

Since I love the way this item looked when buying it I give them and it a 5. Sadly, I have to wait for my delivery yet. I have brought Samsung before.

It’s very fragile. Cracked top after just over a year. Cost to replace $500.

The range is exactly what we wanted. All the features add to enjoyment of cooking and baking that my wife and I do.

The air fry and convection features are amazing. The cooktop takes just seconds to boil a full pot of water. I do not necessarily like that I can't change the time on the oven itself, but I do love the smart appliance app.
