Awesome Induction Range

The oven is awesome with the airframe option. The Bluetooth is very helpful when cooking and you’re in another room.

It seems to be very nice quality. I only wish they provide you with the blue led lights on the stove top as they do with the next model up.

Disappointed

Stove stopped working after 4 months and was told it’s known for having a faulty circuit board. Now I have been waiting on a replacement unit for a month because the circuit boards are not longer available. Suggest buying a different model or paying a little bit more for another brand.

Problems with the stove. Problems with support.

We received this unit with a broken fan. Initially got support via our warranty fairly easily. A few months later, the same problem with the fan started happening again. We are still in warranty based on the delivery date but not based on the purchase date and that has everyone confused. Currently trying to get help from Samsung and it is a nightmare. I have been on multiple chat threads and going in circles. The Best Buy account interface doesn't show my receipt and delivery date in the same place. By sending them two files they are now saying that my receipts don't match even though they have the same order number on them. They ask me to upload it via text, via a website, and over email. I keep getting passed around to new agents. Have been told I'm talking to the troubleshooting team, not the dedicated support team but they won't tell me how to contact the support team. To boot, the oven overcooks and/or cooks unevenly. Cookies will be burnt on the edges and doughy in the middle. This stove has been an all-around horrible experience.

Constant Issues

Repair service came out three separate times and had to replace the internal board. Still experienced issues and original problem came back. Finally got Samsung to exchange the unit, but they sent the wrong replacement stating that this exact unit or one similar was not available in their warehouse. In the end, Samsung issued a full refund a year later.

Serious upgrade.

The earlier version didn’t brown up the meats sufficiently, but this one does the job. The stovetop is the best we’ve ever used for control and even cooking. Aside from needing specialized cookware for the induction method, no other hassles. At about $1500, a high value appliance

Broke in Under a year, Warranty not honored

Although it was within warranty, but Samsung won’t honor their obligations to dispatch someone to repair it. It’s an average range of poor quality, and the manufacturer doesn’t stand behind their product.
