    Absolutely dreadful service. Staff sell appliances but know absolutely nothing about them. Trying to get help with a malfunction new rove is IMPOSSIBLE!!

    I like the quick change of temperature. Once you lower the temp it immediately cools down. Gone are the days of something burning and you having to remove it from the burner until it cools down. The only downside I have found so far is that the Wi-Fi is not as advertised. There is no preheat option on the app. I have read it was removed d/t fire hazards. One of the features I liked was the idea of preheating on my way home from work or when I was downstairs. So if you are looking for that option and think you will have it w/ this range you will not.

    Gas to Induction Range

    We are pleased with the Samsung 6.3 cu ft Smart Instant Heat Induction range recently purchased, what was inconvenient was not being informed by the sales people that we needed 220w outlet for the range. It heats up instantly though cleaning the black range top is a bit of a drag as any spills is very visible. But we are happy with the switch from gas to electric. So far, so good!

    Just had this range delivered 2 days ago. Love the induction! Boiling water for tea ready in 30 seconds or less. The safety of the induction properties is amazing. Suggest that you do the oven burn for 30 minutes @ 450. You don't want that taste in your food. Great product! "I received compensation for this review but the review is my own"

    Induction cooktop is worth every penny. I don’t know why we didn’t do this earlier. Yes, many houses don’t have 220 volts where the stove is, but if your does, go with a range that has induction cooktop. It’s amazing!

    I bought this range 11 months ago. I loved it for 9 months. And then it broke. And thus began my (still, 54 days later!) unending quest to have Samsung honor the warranty and fix the range. So, my review of this product is simple: it literally does not work. Instead, it is just a very expensive counter top. Induction ovens are the way to go. But do not buy this one. I can not stress this enough. Never. Ever. Purchase a product from Samsung.

    2 Defective Ranges in 2 Months

    Purchased 7/27/22 but they not deliver until 8/20/22. That range was defective, the oven worked but none of the induction elements worked and the range was taken back. A new range was delivered on 10/15/22 and worked until 11/19/22 when it stopped working. Nothing comes on now. I have zero confidence in the quality of Samsung induction ranges. Look at LG or another brand. Cannot recommend Samsung. Plus the glass top is hard to keep clean. Not like the glass on radiant cook tops.
